Bentley’s is a wonderful place to shop! The store personnel are always kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the best choices for both me and my dogs. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are about the products—they take the time to explain options and make sure I feel confident in what I’m buying. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality food, treats, and toys. My dogs love everything I bring home, and I feel good knowing I’m giving them the very best. Shopping here is always a positive experience, and I truly value the friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service.

Have never been to Bentley's before. I was told about it by one of the managers who banks where I work. I thought that you only carried dog supplies. I was happy to hear you also carry products for my 3 cats. Love that I can buy the cat food treats and toys there. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the person that helped me check out. She was so kind to explain everything and how I will get coupons in the future. All in all a great experience

Absolutely outstanding service! My dogs was having an allergy issues to the food protein he was on and they didn’t have the option they recommended for my dog. The gal who helped me went above and beyond, she got a bag of food from another store for me, (not close by) called me when she got back with it so I could pick it up & printed me a sheet on different proteins for cooling, neutral and hot proteins for reference. She even put a special order in for my pups so we have a bag ready for next time. Always will recommend Bentleys and especially this location. Thank you!!

We went to get our adoption starter kit and the sales woman was very nice and knowledgeable. Great benefit of getting lots of fun freebies from adopting our kitten. Also got info on dog grooming that we may use in the future.

I went in looking for a new/different food for my dog. It was my first visit to the store. I was impressed with the knowledge the staff had. A very pleasant experience.
