Every time I go here everyone acknowledges me by name. Everyone there polite & professional. David & Caleb are my two personal bankers they both help me achieve my goals. My daily bankers at the counter are awesome Alex, Bryant, Lilly, Angelica. Great bank.

I would go to any other branch they don’t even have $30 dollars worth of $5 bills which is a total of 6 bills then I asked if the she could give me 3 $10 bills she also doesn’t have it I don’t know what the branch would have on hand after that just use the Atm by the way this was the lady at the drive thru at 3:59 pm on march 13th 2023

When you walk into the bank and you're the only customer...very unprofessional to see the 2 gals on their phones, so I said something to them about that. The one gal was very helpful after the fact the other girl laughed at me and was rolling her eyes (yes I called her out for this inappropriate behavior, which she could careless). I will never go to this branch again! I've been here before, and have never experienced this before. The gentle working the drive thru window was watching all of this occur, and I said I would be calling to talk to a manager. They didn't seem to care! Wow, just wow! I'm so glad this isn't my hometown branch, because they're very professional always where I go.

Just to to a different BMO. I've been here 3 times and every time have received bad or delayed service.

Do not do business with this establishment I went there twice in two days and instead of finding a way to help me do business they found rules and regulations that I couldn't get any business done instead of trying to help me all they did was come up with ways not to do business so I won't I won't be going there anymore and I don't recommend them at all

I had the pleasure of having employee Commodore Hall as my banking associate today. He was a delight to work with, he had good conversation, very knowledgeable with the questions I asked and the process went quick & smooth. I recommend this BMO PERSONALLY. I have went to several locations but this one by far was the best!

Horrible customer service! Had a bunch of fraudulent use on my card. They said they were going to refund the last 30 days of fraud transactions and send us a new card. Waited 5 days and luckily called to see where we were at. They forgot to cancel the card. They didnt send a new one out, said I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for the refund. Card got sent to the wrong address, investigation affidavid got sent to the wrong address, its past the 10 day "sign and return" policy and now I have to wait until the full investigation is complete before they will refund me hundreds of dollars. My son opened an account a few months ago and lost his entire 1st job check to a fraud transaction. BMO claimed that the transaction had to be made with the card. Funny thing was his card has been in my wallet since the day it came in the mail. Never touched. And the transaction was made out of State. Been with you for years BMO and this is how the relationship ends. I see how you treat your determined customers. Closing both accounts!

Worst bank and management I've ever worked with. Terrible communication/service. BMO Problems: - Only one login attempt until locked out of account (company wide) - Unreliable managers - Password changed without notification (very upsetting) - Website changed without notification - Credit card company changed without notification (Visa to Mastercard) - Wrong credit card card application submitted by banker ("oops, sorry" the response) -after nearly a year for someone to notice it was the wrong credit card, not the one I had wanted and thought I had (rewards), they had to dock credit score again for having the card less than a year/applying for a new one (the one I initially wanted) Never had problems for 20 years with this bank (M&I) until it merged with BMO. Very disappointed in the customer service. I have been trying to contact/get a message back for months now on an issue I was promised by David Bready would be handled (a simple credit limit increase which would have been no problem since I had already had a higher credit limit and had personally decreased it) simply and easily. Unfortunately, it was not approved and I have been trying to get a simple answer as to why not and have stopped in the bank multiple times, called, left messages and have been unable to get a hold of this manager who promised to by my "personal dedicated banker". Deceitful and unreliable. Please go somewhere else with your business.
