My son has been attending since he was 3 months old. It's been nothing but great. My son enjoys going. We love that they send us updates throughout the day on everything they do, eat, and send pictures. They have also been so accommodating with any scheduling changes that may come up. They are so easy to work with and very good and quick at communicating with us whenever we have any questions.

Our daughter started attending daycare at 3 months old and we have been pleased with Kindercare. We love seeing the daily updates and pictures of what the infants are doing throughout the day. Whenever we’ve had questions, it’s been promptly addressed by the teachers or directors. We can see the love that the staff have for our child, and it’s comforting to see as working parents.

We can't say enough good things about KC Brookfield North. Tierra and Jessy have created a great culture at the center that revolves around quality development for the kids, support for families and a feeling of just great relief knowing your child is receiving great care. In addition, the teachers genuinely care about our children - it sounds like that should be an obvious fact everywhere but it's not. Our toddler loves going to daycare every day and our baby is learning way more than we could teach her at home. Communication is transparent, proactive and open. This working mom is so thankful for all the support they give us. 5 stars.

We love this daycare! The staff truly cares about your child and will go above and beyond for special requests. I love being able to see what my daughter is doing each day- you can tell everyone truly cares about each child.

Staffing issues often caused the facility to not be able to take in any kids for the day, and teachers couldn’t track feedings accurately

Teachers are very respectful. Really clean facility. Great learning environment for kids and infants. My son is in an infant room and i absolutely love how the teachers keep a great communication with me. I also love the fact that i see my 3month baby doo activity on a daily basis through their app. I never get my son back with a dirty diaper or clothes. The center director Tierra is always a great person to talk to. I 100000% recommend this center for child care.

I absolutely love this daycare! I get daily updates about my child’s daycare and I can tell that she loves going here because of her excitement everyday when we get there. Moving into the area was a big adjustment for the both of us and the teachers and directors have made us feel so welcome and loved.

Thank you kindercare and the teachers in infant A room. they do a very great job with my son shout out to the director tierra the teachers Ms. Jessy & Ms. Jackie, when I walk into the building all teacher in the facility are very polite and respectful on greeting me as a father who's making sure that my son is protected and well taken care of. I recommend this daycare thank you very much for making me comfortable and knowing that my son is protected when I'm not around I am a very overprotected parent and they make me feel comfortable 100%. Thank you

I really love north KinderCare in Brookfield!! They are maintaining this daycare so clean and healthy. My son is going here from more than one year now and the teachers are really nice. They do activities every day and share the pictures and updates through their app. My son is 19 months old now and he is already talking and learning. He is in Toddlers room now and he love his teachers. The center Director Tierra is very nice and supportive. She is doing a great job and very approachable all the time! I am very happy and impressed with this daycare and I highly recommend for your kids and babies!!

This daycare sucks! Don’t come here unless you’re planning on paying unreal amounts of money out of pocket even while on state benefits just for your kids to never get to go because they keep getting sick there. My kids have stayed home more time then they’ve attended this daycare but yet I’m getting messages about unexplained amounts of money owed that don’t add up at all. Since starting this daycare my kids caught covid, RSV, hand foot and mouth, and have had fevers consistently for 3 months straight now. The daycare keeps wondering and acting confused as to why my son sounds so congested every day but don’t consider to think that um maybe it’s from the daycare? My kids go no where except for this daycare and back home and then I’m being told they have been accommodating… really with what? Messaging me every other day about paying more and more money and that if I don’t they can’t return back? Save your time! The name sounds nice yeah but don’t settle based on a title…

We have been beyond impressed with our experience at KinderCare. The teacher’s & directors take the time to get to know our little one. Having a reliable and caring set of people watching our little one makes us feel so much more secure leaving him. They keep us updated in the app with pictures of the fun activities (they give us ideas for at home too!) and send messages with any concerns or more detailed updates. The team here is awesome!!

Our daughter has been with Kindercare for over a year now and we couldn't be more pleased with her care. It's clear the staff has a genuine interest in her learning, development and well being. It's great peace of mind knowing she's safe and with a staff that cares about her. And we love all the udpates and pictures we recieve daily throug the app!

We have been sending our son and daughter to KinderCare since they were 12 weeks old. We have been part of the KinderCare family for over 5 years now. We went back and forth trying to decide between a daycare or in house sitter. As soon as we toured this KinderCare center we knew this was the right place for our family. The teachers are wonderful and truly care for our kids. They have thrived at the center. I view this more as a school then a daycare, as they have learned so much in their time there. They also did an amazing job helping with potty training. In addition, my kids have some special dietary needs and they are always very understanding and accommodating. We will most definitely be continuing at KinderCare until our kids are ready for grade school, and we will be back in the future for summer camp. It is very reassuring to have a place that we love and depend on when we drop them off each day. We are so grateful for this center and would highly recommend to anyone in the area :)
