shopping experience, from variety of items and price was just mid.
but I just wanted to give a shoutout to the cashier, Bobby working 6/27/25. He was handling the register all by himself, and even with a line, he stayed calm, efficient, and friendly the whole time. It was clear he cared about giving good service, and it really showed. I appreciated his positive attitude and how well he managed everything on his own.
That said, I hope the store recognizes what a great job he did without expecting one person to always do the work of many. He DESERVES both credit and support. Great job Bobby!

Only one cashier working which made the line take forever. The undercover security was not discreet at all and kept staring at me the whole time I was shopping. I asked to use the dressing room in the front and was told they didn’t know who the manager was to open it. The other dressing room was closed so I couldn’t try anything on. Unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I won’t be coming returning.

How can y’all only have one cashier on a Saturday…and the store is a mess. We also can’t try anything on, so I’m buying these items and then standing in this ridiculously long line and if the items don’t fit I’ll have to come back to stand in this ridiculously long line again to return my items. Get it together or get self check out. Theres no reason we should take longer in line than we did shopping.

Burlington no longer has a dressing room and no public restrooms. How are you going to purchase clothing if you can’t try them on and live out of town. Very disappointing, loved going there but will not for clothes. Also purchased an item and it was never put in my bag.
