Brookfield Square is a mall that has a lot of potential but is struggling with a somewhat empty atmosphere. Recent events, like an anime and Pokémon-themed day, brought some excitement and attracted visitors, showcasing the lively spirit of the place. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the variety of stores, including a well-regarded H&M and a good selection at Barnes and Noble. However, many shoppers express disappointment over the lack of popular retailers like Hot Topic and Box Lunch, which could enhance the shopping experience. The food court is another area needing improvement, as several fast food outlets are closed, limiting dining options. While some visitors enjoy delicious drinks from a spot in the food court, the overall sentiment is that the mall feels deserted, with many shops vacant or closed. Despite these challenges, there is hope for revitalization, as efforts are being made to attract more stores and restaurants to bring life back to Brookfield Square.
The mall is so different from years past. It's ok, but not the same energy, and certainly not the same bustling atmosphere. Even the food court have very few restaurants

I love this mall, but I wish it had more stores like Hot Topic, Box Lunch, and Kohl's. These retailers would add more variety and cater to a wider range of shoppers.
