I was a USAA customer & USAA transferred their clients to Charles Schwab on May 26, 2020. Their website is too confusing for the a person who doesn't do investing. I called them to see when someone could help at a local Schwab store & they are NOT open with NO idea when they will open. I feel Charles Schwab should have refused to accept the USAA transfer of clients until they had their stores open to help those who do not understand their Website. So far I'm not impressed with their service, I'm retired and afraid I will lose my entire retirement savings before they finally get their local stores open

I’m just not getting the help I need. They have two guys in there n one is gone for months. I’m just simply not receiving the help I need. I’m very confused where to put my money. I need to juggle money n it’s so hard to talk to anyone. Most of the time it goes to corporate, so frustrating. I feel like the main guy there is somewhat condescending n that really annoys me. Assumes I’m going to transfer more money in there.

Came in to open an account and was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk! She happily answered all my questions and I was out within 15 minutes! She made sure I had copies of all the account info and walked me through the app and online features. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We were left sitting in the front waiting area, with questions to ask about transferring IRA money over, while being ignored by two "consultants" at the front desk. The VP, we were talking to at first, was too busy on the phone with a customer...not even a courtesy follow up phone call.Front desk woman was very nice though...hence, the one star.We were deciding between Schwab or our bank....the bank won out.

With the opening of the Brookfield Office I was anxious to be able to take advantage of its suburban location rather than having to travel to Milwaukee, fight the traffic, parking in a structure , time element. I visited the office yesterday and met my new financial advisor. I am really looking forward to being able to go to this office of Charles Schwab right here in my community. I have been a long time customer of Charles Schwab and am looking forward to being able to work with my new advisor. Schwab has so many tools for me to be able to use and the convenience of this office is just great. My previous advisor of over 15 years has retired and I am really anxious to establish a relationship to my new one. Happy, Happy.
