So I bought a 2015 Dodge ram 1500 big horn three and a half weeks ago from this place that they claim was certified and that it was ready to go with nothing to hide. so the nightmare begins after I bought the truck and drove it home 40 mins just for a part of the parking system to fail. then after some phone calls was told to some how get it back to them and they would look at it the next day. so I called some favors and got the truck loaded on a flat bed and trailered down first thing in the morning just to be told mid week they should have time to look at it. a little frustrated I left without causing a scene. then on Wednesday i got a phone call saying they found the issue and had the parts ordered and if all things went well then it would be done on Thursday. well they never got to looking at it on Thursday but Friday Morning discovered there was more damage then originally thought and it would be at least Monday or Tuesday so then the following week comes around and there's an issue with the part not showing up and had to order a new one and again was told end of the week. then Friday I was told come pick it up just for me to get to get stop at a gas station down the road and find out the battery was junk when the truck wouldn't start back up and ended having to call more favors to come jump me so I could get it to the nearest O'Reilly's. called city dodge the next morning to talk to a manager and they agreed to pay for the battery (I was told it is on the way but a week later still don't have it so I guess we will see on that.) at this point I needed another dealer to check the truck out and go figure they find the front right strut is leaking(the manager told me well you probably just hit a pot hole....I drove this damn thing 100 miles and 3 of the 4 weeks of opening this truck its sat in a dealership shop) so now I need to get that fixed and on top of that city dodge is perfectly fine with letting you roll off the lot with breaks that need to be replaced in a month they where sitting on the edge of being able to be certified at 4mm but with the rust and pitting on the rotors the dealer I am now working with said they would have never let me leave with them like that because all you get is upset customer and yea I am upset a nice 750$ bill after buying a truck that was supposed to be in solid shape. this truck has traveled 100 miles in 1 month because I keep finding problems. if you buy your car here go straight to someone else and have them double check the work I am now paying a 100$ deductible to get the struts fixed and 750$ for brakes that in the words of my new dealership just passes inspection. this review/story will be plastered anywhere I can find. but don't worry at least they gave my truck 2 car washes so that was nice...

Had an appointment for 815 am for an oil change. Me plus 4 other people waited for over three hours. Complained to multiple people nothing ever happened. People who got there for their 945am appointment for their oil change got theirs done before mine and another gentleman who had an appointment for 800am. Whoever I spoke to when I was there was extremely rude as well. We were told there was no manger on site; come to find out the last person I spoke to was actually the manager. (Found that out looking at their website). Very rude don't recommend. No compensation nothing. They could have at least filled up my gas tank.

Terrible customer service! Was left standing in the service area for 15+ mins while workers walked right past me or worked with their backs towards me. No one once acknowledged me the whole time I was there. Had to go to the sales area just to get someone to acknowledge my existence. I was there due to a recall to began with! Just an all around terrible experience. Do not give these crooks your business! Go elsewhere for sure, service is a nightmare!

Bought a used jeep wrangler from this dealership and bought the extended warranty at the same time. So glad I did do to the fact that within a couple weeks of driving I noticed things were broken and needed more work then I was ready to do. Needing a Saturday appointment I was able to get in and now need to be back in once parts are in to get it fixed.

I can't believe I was just let go from city Dodge. After questioning my GM Shawn Feldman about correcting my pay on a $100,000 deal that was funded illegally. I became a liability. After informing a fellow co worker that we were being shorted on our deals and pay I became the enemy. All I can say is thank god for technology. A smart man once told me always keep receipts

Anyone looking at buying a vehicle from this dealership please LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Brought my truck in to get fixed and the service lady (the rudest person I have ever dealt with) told me I had a leak in my back window which caused all my problems which why the truck was there being fixed.(RTH fob shorted out from water damage) I asked to keep it inside and she said she would keep the truck inside, so no snow/water would melt and leak into the cab causing the same problem I just paid to get fixed, I came to pick up my truck that was OUTSIDE and they even sent it through there CAR WASH when they knew the window leaked. I asked the GM if there was anything he could do and all he said was he couldn't warrant anything that they did. This place is full of a bunch of crooks that have no business in sales. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! PS. the extended warranty they sold me for 5k wouldn't cover the last 4 repairs!! They have an excuse for everything!!!

Schlossman Dodge changed ownership.and is now City Dodge. Great people still working here. See Ambika if you want to buy. I have purchased two cars using her. Maintenance department treats me well and takes care of everything well.

I took my car in for an oild change, fluid cjeck and for a brake chirping om drivers side. I had an 11 AM appt. the guy didnt even touch my car till 2:30!My brakes, front and back along with rotors were all done within an 8 month time. When i got my vehicle they said my rotors were shot, all my brakes( still under warranty) were bad and i whould need a 558 dollar radiator hose. ( its a 8 dollar hose, 2 clamps, easy access ....wth? I get my over priced 668 dollar bill with my jaw dropped. I asked the guy that worked on my car if he checked my fluids; radiator, tranny etc. He tells me that he put the MINIMUM fluid in. I was ticked, grabbed a jug i carry in my car and pour it to the max line. Almost $700 and you dont top off fluids or wash the cars anymore. I feel i got horribly screwed out of money( the girl tells me it was the "DIANOSTIC TESTING " that was costly? I knew what was wrong with my vehicle so WHY DID I GET CHARGED FOR diagnostic testing and spend over 6 hours on a slop job? I was so very disgusted and angered at Schossmans for the feel of acting like a BS rip off garage. A lame answer for every question I had. I HATE being talked down to because i am woman and we apparently dont speak automotive! WRONG!! At best my ? Mecanic may gave been Level 1 maybe 2 ASE Certified. A far cry from a Real mechanic or Master mechanic! I have seriouse questions on these ethics and extremely outragouse costs and unnessesseary tests.Ask yourself this; Do you want service that charges high costs and will let you drive off on extremely hot day with the MINIMUM amount of Anti freeze/coolant?I'm so Absolutly DONE with Schlossman! Oh, my upper radiator hose cost not even $20 and not even a half hour.SHAME ON YOU

30 min in the service department and I don't want to buy another vehicle. I've owned Jeep, gm, and Toyota where I've gone to dealerships for service. Bobbi the assistant service writer was informative, nice, took her time even though they were incredibly busy and explained everything incredibly well. I didn't get an appt. right away but that wasn't expected. I haven't had service on my vehicle however I'm anticipating similar reviews and will update if there's any drastic change.
