I recently purchased a truck from Crest Cadillac, led to them by an online search. My point of contact was Daniel Bzdawka, who, despite being soft-spoken, was polite and helpful. He facilitated the buying process by managing documents via fax and email, saving me time at the dealership. I appreciate Daniel's efforts to prepare everything for my arrival, especially after my six-hour drive.However, my experience had its downsides. Arriving a bit early, I was surprised to find the truck was not ready as promised. It was being rushed through detailing, resulting in a less than satisfactory cleaning job, evident in the oily haze on the interior windows.The contract process with Brandon Roeglin was smooth, and I left feeling great about my new truck. But, a week later, mechanical issues surfaced. Remote starting the truck resulted in a check engine light, indicating a random misfire and cold start rough idle. After attempting some fixes myself, I reached out to Crest. Their suggestion to drive the truck back for service was impractical due to my location, 400 miles away.After much back-and-forth and delayed responses, Crest authorized a local dealership to replace a fuel injector. However, the approval process for payment was frustratingly slow. The truck ran well for a week, but then more issues arose, leading to more unresponsive communication from Crest, especially from manager Zach Borkenhagen.While I acknowledge that not all mechanical issues might be Crest's responsibility, the dealership’s inspection revealed a dirty engine filter, cabin filter, burnt transmission fluid, and excessive carbon buildup. This discovery led me to question the thoroughness of Crest’s pre-sale vehicle inspection.Overall, while there were positive aspects, notably Daniel's customer service, the post-purchase experience has been stressful and disappointing. The lack of prompt communication and effective problem-solving has overshadowed the initial positives of my experience at Crest Cadillac.

The service as far as the staff has been fantastic as I have encountered a series of visits for a reoccurring issue. The issue has not been resolved and after my most recent visit, I noticed several screws that were not tightened as well as one that was stripped due to it not being inserted correctly. This whole experience has been disappointing.

I was in the neighborhood, and blew out a tire on a pothole. I had the car taken to crest where I received service far beyond my expectations. They were super fast, and reasonably priced. Next time I purchase a Cadillac I'll drive the extra 50 miles to buy from crest.

I had work done by Boucher Cadillac in Waukesha. My vehicle has thrown a push rod. They stated the right side of the engine needed to be replaced. Repairs were approved by my warranty company. They repaired the vehicle and gave it back to me knowing the vehicle wasn’t running properly. The next morning I call them back tell them the check engine light started flashing the moment I left there dealer couldn’t take it back because they were closed. At first they wouldn’t help me and told me the could schedule me 2 weeks out. After a couple calls I was able to get the vehicle in for services the following Monday from when i picked it up. 30 mins into them having my truck I get a call saying I have contaminated fuel clogging my injectors and need to replace the entire fuel system. $4500 my warranty company doesn’t cover contaminated fuel so I would be responsible for the repair. I knew they were lying and took a fuel sample of my own. Fuel came back clean as a whistle. I picked the vehicle up and took it to Crest Cadillac for them to check for contaminated fuel and look over the other dealers with. Well there was no contaminated fuel. Turn out carbon from the lifters failing caused the spark plugs to misfire. These guys changed the plugs and wires costing me $407.00 and now my vehicle is running as smooth as it was when i purchased it. I really lost trust when that other dealer tried to scam me. This dealership in the service staff have my upmost respect and trust. Saved me $4,193.00 As for the Cadillac dealer in Waukesha them guys are racist and scam artists.

Always have a good service experience. Ryan keeps me informed of the progress and they are on time every time. The service reminders are also very helpful to keep my vehicle in great working condition.

I have had my car in the shop 3 times for the same things. They say they have fixed something but it’s not fixed. Argued over fixing an item that was clearly under warranty. The the rear view mirror video was not fixed and actually now it’s worse. They have been rude. Although the service manager was nice at first, he ended up being very rude. I think he may have had a bad day but… I was over charged for things under warranty. Even though they had the paperwork. The computer or electrical is still messed up. After waiting 4 hours my brakes kept locking up when I barely touched them on the way out. I stopped at the entrance got out of the car to see what was wrong, there sat behind me in his vehicle but the service manager. Never offered to help. Very rude people.
