I went to use my health extra spending card for OTC items the shelves were empty. The staff was clueless on inventory of items when asked. One team member said thats why they are closing the stores.I never go to CVS stores, I will say it was discouraging. đ

Horrible pharmacy. Wait times are ridiculous and drive thru is always unattended. I asked if the drive thru is broken or something. The tech told me the sensory is broken. Ok so maybe put a sign up and let people know. That way theyâre not just sitting there forever.

Kaila was rude and unprofessional at checkout I asked about the sales item she told me it didnât apply to me when the item was already priced and tagged buy one get one 50 percent off. She was on her phone watching a movie before checking out my items I will not be returning to this store there was no greeting just grab and scan. The store was not busy so there was no excuse!

CVS Headquarters: How do we contact you to let you know how bad of shape this pharmacy is in ??? I have looked for ways to contact you because these folks need some advocates and it has been YEARS like this. The understaffed situation has literally been going on for years. The drive through is often closed or no one comes to the window for like 15 min or more. Please just pay people extra money or pay for some extra people so we can use this store.

Every single time I have an issue. Recently had the pharmacist LOSE my controlled medication and walked away from me when I asked him what i was supposed to do? He kept reiterating that it was âreadyâ but he âcanât find itâ.So I asked if I should come back? will they call me? will they re-do it and worry about them losing medication on their own time and not on mine?? they found it, and the only reason I knew is because I drove back with a hope and a dream that they did! no one called to let me know. Then my doctor called them MULTIPLE times yesterday but they donât answer their phones and claimed no voicemail was left. When I say EVERY TIME I have a problem, itâs every single time. I am keen to believe itâs them, not the doctors office not leaving a voicemail.

The lack of care is exceptional. Impressively bad and unhelpful, you have to beg them to do their jobs and even then itâs not done well.

Terrible staffing. Waited in drive-thru for 20 minutes without being waited on. Finally went inside, only to find 8 people waiting in line for prescriptions, and only 1 poor woman working. Big line at front counter also. What a waste of my time! Left with no prescription.

The service here has continued to get even worse, Impossible to get through on the phone, I was âaccidentallyâ disconnected 3 times tonight after being on hold for about 10 minutes each time.

I have to Vent. CVS Pharmacy on Bluemound sucks!!! I had my doctor send an order for Celexa. I was getting dizzy when they put me back on the generic form, Cetalapram
CVS thought it was ok to refill with the generic formâŚCitalapram, ignoring the doctors order that it Must be Celexa!!!
After calling them and questioning why they did this, I was put on hold for quite a while, then told that they will have to order it and it might come in on Monday.
Time to switch locations. This is Totally Unacceptable that they tried to do that.
Why not just order what the prescription said?

Pharmacy personnel is extremely rude that roots from the actual pharmacist. As truck drivers, we utilize this service all over the country and have never experienced such extreme resistance to refill a prescription. First, they tried to tell me they did not have the product. Fortunately, I was able to counter act this lie due to another pharmacist sending us to this location. Then the actual pharmacist informed me she would not fill the amount and it was her choice to determine the amount when I questioned why others have no issues.
Both women are extremely rude and emphasize this with dirty looks, including eye rolls. Extremely unprofessional.
