I wish the pharmacist wasn’t solo but the gentleman working solo tonight went above and beyond even though it wasn’t his usual pharmacy.
Wouldn’t recommend because they clearly don’t staff well, but this guy saved the day!

Horrible service lately. I try to refill a prescription and they fill it with a different medication and this has happened multiple times. I call and now I can’t talk to anyone right away without leaving a message. Finally got a call back and they tell me they just need to order more(of the name brand I was on)- so you’re lazy and change my medication because you don’t want to order more? How can this be acceptable?? I also just got hung up on by whoever I was talking too. Will not be going back.

The worst customer service. When there’s no line they rush you acting like they could care less about answering questions or helping out and when there is a line they move so slow. I’ve tried for two days to pick up my prescription and after waiting for over an hour in a line that did not move I gave up both times.

I'm very disappointed because I have always had the most pleasant experiences here and have been picking up my prescriptions here for years. I usually pick up when Amy is working and she is AMAZING. I'm not sure who I spoke to today, but I called the pharmacy today and was treated like such an inconvenience. I had called my doctor about a refill and they said I was good to go and when I called the pharmacy she said I was mistaken. She answered the phone by asking how she could help me and when I explained my situation she rudely cut me off midway to say "um let's start with a name first." Once she pulled up my info she talked down to me and said I had no refills even though my doctor told me I did. I tried to explain my ideal resolution and she cut me off mid-sentence AGAIN. Having problems with a medication whether it is emergent or not is a very stressful thing and to be treated poorly and cut off for asking questions pertaining to your health and medical care is unacceptable. The only reason I gave two stars is because I generally have pleasant experiences here, but this interaction makes me consider changing my pharmacy.

Man, this place has really gone downhill. There were two really excellent pharmacists here that both quit around the same time; and it's been terrible ever since. Someone else wrote a similar review about the lead pharmacist who took over-- Jessica is her name. Like the other reviewer, I am not sure why she is in this profession because she clearly does not like her customers, her job or her coworkers. When the other two pharmacists were still at this location, I could at least avoid going in on days she was working.When I used to have a problem getting a medication filled the old pharmacists would go out of their way to help you, whether that means directing you to a new store or advising you on what to do.Not Jessica. She is moody, intentionally obtuse, and almost seems to operate out of spite. Don't expect a phone call or an update from her-- it's every man for himself on this chick's island. I wouldn't be surprised if this location saw a steep decline in regulars, as the amazing service that once brought us there is gone.Jessica, if you're reading this-- see a therapist. Bi-polar disorder can be treated today with the right kind of medication.

Its clear all the reviews have been swiped. This location is understaffed. The Lady Pharmacist at this location is extremely rude. Called 7 days ahead to have them reach out to my Dr for refills, explained new Dr this is where the ref needs to go. Went in a fews a days later and the guy behind the counter said he would "request again", but never did. Next day went in Said he "didnt get to it"?? So after a week of no meds I called and spoke with the lady. Said to me "You could go to another Pharm if you arent happy and she couldn't handle my complaint right now" ??? I thought I dont want to go to another pharm, who would say that to a customer who had 3 issues with the same script and has been out for a week??? Well she hasnt helped with any other issues we have had. All we get is "call corp", who never answer or call back"Many issues with coupons, refills, extremely long lines, this pharmacist cancelled some meds on my list without asking b/c I had 2 meds which are the same but different mg doses ( thats not her job nor does she have the legal right to do so) and just being down right rude every-time I come in. Get it together please this isnt a grocery store this is medication. I just want to say - You are in the medicine biz, getting people what they need is what you job is. Its NOT ok for all these mistakes nor is it ok for a Pharmacist to act like my medication isnt important - Its my health lady! They funniest thing is clearly some time management skills are needed here as well as customer service training. If she would handle each persons issue as they come, even with a line long and it takes some time - thats ok but multiple mistakes that happen repeatedly are NOT. What this educated adult women doesnt understand is Customers understand when you say, "I apologize, we are short staffed and busy and this may take a bit, here are some things that you can do on your on end to help this process go faster....." "I understand you have requested 3 times and this is OUR mistake but this SHOULD NOT happen you waiting over a week being out of medications and contacting us 3 times about it, so I will handle this now" or "let me give you 5 pills to carry you over until your Dr office responds" ?? When I asked her for that - she said NO! Written formal complaint it is -

I Love this pharm which is why I park and come in instead of going to the drive thru one up the st. Everyone is super nice and helpful except for one. i dont know her name but she is Japanese. She is super rude and actually becomes immensely rude when asked why I havent been informed my Drs office refused renewal?? Valid question!Hello, you need to call me or text me when that happens so I can call him. Its clearly a mistake.She ignored me and brushed me off when I ask about the coupon I was suppose to get at my last visit, she said “I dont Know, thats not my job, call the 1800 number”?? Clearly she dose not like her job or her customers. She actually spoke to me in a fake, condescending, high pitched tone and shook her head back and forth when I asked her a question.She also said “have a great day”! In that fake voice.So strange from an educated person. Clearly she needs a break and an attitude adjustment, I am a customer you know and technically it is HER responsibility to inform me of such matters

In the past few years I've been filling my prescriptions here, this particular team at CVS located inside Target has been nothing short of incredible. There are pharmacies and then there are PHARMACIES! I've come to realize that it's not just the price of the medication, the marketing hype or any other gimmick that might make a certain pharmacy seem like the best choice. It's the team of people who are there to support you, month after month that makes the difference. You'll never find a more dedicated and helpful team than you will here. If you're on the fence about whether or not this is the CVS for you, give them a try and you won't be disappointed! 10/10

Super friendly staff! I mixed up locations when I went to get a vaccine and they quickly transferred the appointment to their location and didn't make me feel bad whatsoever. I was so appreciative of their understanding!
