I used the drive through to get my medication. They filled the prescription but did not provide any consultation, despite it being a new medication and requiring a consult. They did not request my insurance card during payment, did not tell me I was paying, and billed me outside insurance. I called the pharmacist afterward wondering where my second medication was, and she hung up on me. Extremely poor and unprofessional. I get people have bad days or get busy sometimes, but this was over the top.

Thank you to the staff on a late visit to CVS. I came in around 7 15 pm with a prescription and they had me out the door within 10 minutes. Outstanding service.

The pharmacist I couldn’t catch his name he is Asian. Was extremely rude to my husband and I. He said he was too busy to fill an emergency supply prescription . I’m from another state so I need to find a dr. Still. He needs to be fired. Nobody working in healthcare should be speaking that way to people. Condescending attitude, and non helpful whatsoever.

I got to the pharmacy right at 1:30 today. As I was standing there, they started to pull down the security fence and I was told to come back because it was lunch time. I am sorry, that to me is really poor. I had to pick up one prescription which would have taken about 90seconds. It is bad enough that the store is kind of dumpy anyway, but I would not treat a customer like that. Rick H

Please keep the auto pickup window open for us handicapped customers. It is the only way some of us can getting prescriptions since we can’t walk to the inside pharmacy window.

Do NOT buy anything from this CVS. They do not care about their customers. They were part of the Wisconsin gift card scam where people cut or scratch off the part of the gift card that has the code used for online purchases. After doing this, they re-seal the pouch, returning it to the store shelf. The barcode on the bottom, which is visible from a closed pouch, goes back into the store so it can be activated. Once back in the store, a shopper would grab the re-sealed pouch, buy the gift card, and activate the code that the scammer now has the number for. the scammer can use that scratch-off code to make purchases without needing the whole gift card. 7 of 8 the gift cards purchased here for the holidays were part of the scam. When we went to the store to resolve this we were told "this is a statewide scam, everyone knows about it, we can't do anything, you have to call Visa." Management is useless at this store. Since you knew this was a statewide scam, why didn't you move the cards behind the cashiers? You left them out, providing easy access to scammers and leaving your customers vulnerable with no recourse. You made no attempts to help. No attempt to prevent this "known scam." Instead you ended up facilitating these scammers and provided no notice or help to your customers. Horrible and will never receive another cent from me.

CVS has lost so many of their pharmacy staff, so service is horrible, and the staff is understandably frustrated, stressed, and unfriendly to customers.

They are understaffed. Drive through is closed due to lack of staffing (as of this post- 11/4/23). I feel bad for the staff that they do have, they are trying to keep up, but they need more people.

Are you actually kidding me with the prices at this place? I can buy a gallon of milk at Speedway for $1.99, but at CVS, a half gallon costs $4.50?! I kid you not, they had one of those plastic shaker bottles for making powdered drinks for $49.99. Absolutely insane.

This CVS is my absolute favorite. The staff here really cares whether it is in-store or for the pharmacy!!!! They always go the extra mile!!!!

Tried to get a hold of the pharmacy was on hold for 13-minutes, so I called back to the main # \\u0026 the shift supervisor apologized, stating they were busy doing flu shots, I said to her that they shld allow extra people/hours when they do this type of event.. I truly have not ever had a good experience with CVS I will try another location \\u0026 c if I have better experience. Only have a few more months with using ur pharmacy I will definitely not come back after that.

Love this pharmacy!!! They have been so great at helping us with our medications when we go on big trips. With our son's ADHD medication we rely a lot on the timing of everything as we can only get refills at a certain time. We owe a lot to them and especially Basil for helping my son get his meds so that he can enjoy our long family trips without an issue! Thanks CVS!!!!
