Very concerning billing practices. They sent a bill to my home, citing my insurance information on the bill but never sibmitted the claim to either of my insurance, which they clearly have on file. Be very careful working with them and make sure you receive and EOB from your insurance or verify they submitted a claim.

I just received a bill for service over 8 months ago! I called and gave up after being put on hold for quite some time.

Beside be long time waiting, Customer service is very rude, beware the extra cost even when you have insurance. Not recommend at all.
