Horrible service. Went to buy a corn hole set today. It’s a big box and heavy I can’t lift it. So I start to push it to the front it’s in the all the way back, I pass three employees and none of them even looked at me. Could they not see me struggling to push it, like hello maybe you could offer a hand. Then I passed another employee who could not even scoot over for me I had to wait for him to get done and move so I could get through. But just wait it gets better I finally find a lady ask if she can bring me a cart. So I get help getting it in the cart, from another customer! Then i finally make it up to the checkout to Alexa at 10:20am. Of course the barcode is on the bottom of the cart so I bring the cart over and lift it so she can scan it quick. She goes oh it won’t reach, umm hello try to scan it and sure enough it worked. But she was giving me such an attitude saying I needed to bring it around closer to her. Like maybe try first!!!! People are not friendly and you can’t get any help I would not go back.

I had an issue with damaged merchandise that was sent to my home. Both Cody, the operations manager and Brian the Store Manager were professional, friendly, accommodating and took care of my issue quickly and effectively. They have earned my future business. Brookfield WI store

A typical big box store. Fine if you know exactly what you want, but if you have any substantive questions, I could not get a clerk to help. When I walked to the front to ask someone if they had any way that I could try items to help me decide what to buy, I was told to buy it to try it. I did not feel at all respected as a customer. I likely will not be shipping here again.

I purchased a mountain bike and the staff was very helpful with all of my questions. The employees made sure that my bike was reviewed to ensure quality and safety before my purchase. While waiting for my item the young lady who was greeting customers that day was very friendly and helpful.

This is a store for soccer moms who jog sometimes. If your sports are the fun ones like camping and fishing, drive to Cabela's.

Pulled in! Wow busy parking lot! Customers walking in. Walking out. Steady flow for business. Walk in Wow! Have a greeter... then I see employees everywhere! All working and greeting and helping people! It was packed! Customers were happy! Fully staffed! All registers were open ans didn't have to wait to be checked out. Friendly staff! Reasonable priced! I will be back.

Took my daughter for her birthday to the store as she wanted a cooler for sporting activities she is in. As we went to check out it rang up 300 when it's priced 130 on the tag. Manager came up and said sorry but we mark the product wrong. I understand mistakes happen but unfortunately we could not justify another 170 dollars for the cooler. Disappointed with this Manager that represents the store.

Took 15 minutes to find an employee for help (had to walk back to front doors & the greeter, he couldn't help me so he called someone for help who really didn't know anything either). Only 1 floor model elliptical available for sale... Nothing else. Disappointing employees & disappointing merchandise.
