Had a great experience with everyone today. I went in for my yearly eye exam and looked into getting contacts for the first time. I wished I asked everyone for their names so they can get the recognition they deserve. Everyone was supper patient and friendly with me. This customer service is the reason why I keep coming back.

It was good, a great girl worked with me and I did the virtual dr. visit, no complaints. Lexi was great on the phone & Matt in the store. I wish I remember the technician girl who worked with me, she was really nice & very thorough.

The exam is complete and the doctor reviews and does their own evaluation very . They treated me well and asked if I had any questions. My only concern was it take longer than I had expected but was informed of the delays as well.

I was never more disappointed in a checkout process than I was with Constance. I saw my total for glasses and full year of contacts which was just over $800 I spent with you guys… to have the eye doctor charges snuck in with no description. I used to work for LC and retinal photos were usually added on for $25 but a $39 optomap is over the top. I usually have a free eye exam and I paid $89 with no explanation.

The exam started off well. I was greeted by a gentleman who was extremely nice and helpful along with the woman who helped with my exam I believe her name was Susie. However after my exam I stood around looking at glasses and waited while no one helped me, then finally the gentleman who checked me in asked the rep “Nikki” to help me. She continued what she was doing any finally came over and helped me. She pulled me up and said okay I see you’ve been in here I’ll just give you what you always give it’s gonna be “$270” I politely told her that I just wanted the standard single lenses because of previous experiences with the glasses peeling, scratching, and smudging even after paying for the premium. She said she understood and told me she’ll give me the standard and gave me my new price. After leaving and coming home I see charges for many other charges that I know I didn’t ask for- the only thing I agreed to was blue light because she said it would be $15. I then called and asked to just get clarification regarding my order. Without even telling me her name or who she was the team lead “Lexi” got on the line and started going over things without even hearing my questions or asking me what I was concerned about. When I tried to tell her I didn’t want all of those things she told me “we don’t do that and you agreed to it when you were in the store” she talked over me and then finally said she would give me the single lenses (which is all I wanted) but continued to tell me how much of a down grade I would be getting and wouldn’t listen to me at all. I work in customer service and sales and this was just mind blowing. I have never had this awful of an experience at LensCrafters ever. As a team lead, all you had to do was listen and apologize. However not once did you do that, and the fact that you basically demoralized me for just simply asking for what I wanted blows my mind. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, or rude or upset anyone. I simply just wanted what I asked for- now I have to go back in to the store to “fix” this. I am highly upset and will never go back here again.

Exam was at 5:10, told maybe a 45min to hour wait, I said OK, I can go home and come back oh no you either have to cancel or wait I could have went home and let the dog out and been back in time. I did not leave till almost 7pm, I had assumed the exam would be about an hour not almost 2 hours of my time. So not happy. Also, the Zoom doctor, I do not feel confident in her selection of my prescription, normally they have it where you can see the letters and that never happened. So very reluctant to fill my prescription. Do not want to spend a lot of money on something that might not work.

Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, I was super happy with the services they provided, it was easy and quick and an overall wonderful experience! 10/10 recommend
