This is the worst experience I have had in any store. I told the cashier as I checked out. He asked why. I said no one is in the store, aisles are blocked with stocking items on a Saturday afternoon, the place was a mess, and the worst part is the cashier had AirPods in and was on a personal call while I was checking out. I didn’t realize it at first and he spoke so I said excuse me. He shook his head no and pointed to the AirPod and continued to talk.
Ever since the prices were raised the store experience has steadily declined. The worst part is this is a brand new store.
Unfortunately, I walked out without my receipt because I was so frustrated. I can’t find a way to contact the store.
I tried to see the cashiers name, but he had a piece of tape over that part of his name tag. Wow!

How is it that this location is hardly ever open? I've been past here multiple times in the past few months, and every single time there is a sign on the door that they're "temporarily" closed. Completely wild way to do business.

They were closed when I got there, around noon on a Friday.

All this place needs is some good employees. If they get paid under 18.00/hr it really shows all the way around.

I'm a senior citizen with mobility impairments. I frequent Dollar Tree locations often, North, South, East, and West, since inception of the stores. I've always been greeted with friendly, outstanding customer service. Amy, a Mgr, at this location, spoke to me with extreme rudeness regarding an industrial flatbed dolly that was blocking an end cap. It's difficult to stock inventory during business hours. In my experience, I've learned to shop without complaints during these moments. As I searched through the calendars, I had placed a few on the cart for purchase along with a few boxes of calendars. Without any greeting or introduction, Amy appeared, stating she needed the cart. I said, "Okay, let me get my items for purchase off the cart." In a rude tone, she said, "I need it now. " At this point, I informed her she would have to wait, allowing me a moment to remove the items I plan to purchase and the boxes of calendars I placed on the cart to avoid them falling off the en cap.

Dollar Tree is very clean and shelves are filled. They have a Plus section, too.
