The hispanic female staffer failed to process a simple $30 return due to her lack of understanding on how apple pay transactions work. She initiated our conversation already not wanting to do the transaction. I tried to explain how I made my transaction but after a few back and forth she refused to process my transactions even though I had my card and receipt at hand. In the end she was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked for a customer service number she told me to google it. Please train your staffers properly.

Tried to stop by Thursday afternoon around 4pm. Store was closed for staffing issues.

Good store, and they carry the full line of Thunder Clean products, which seems to be their product line these days. Lines can get long, and they do their best to get people through. Some items are more than a $1 these days, but we knew that would happen someday Service here is decent

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give a -10 rating I would. 2 lanes open, line wrapped around. I was in isle 2 and there were I'd say 5 people ahead of me, I was the last in line. The man who was checking out, apparently he could be the manager said after 'her' I'm closed, well assuming that's me because I'm the last in line anyway I get up to check out and he refused to check me out & walks away, meanwhile the line next to me is wrapped around with people & I have like 5 things - it would have taken this man less than 1 minute to check me out. I get outside and walk to my car and what do I see??? The same guy standing on the sidewalk smoking a cigarette....... That's the pressing thing you had to do?? What is wrong with people??

Absolute worst customer service at this location! Even the management is terrible! AVOID this store like the plague... refused to help me find an item because they were "too busy" unloading items from their truck. A kind employee tried helping me, but when she brought me to the back room to see if management would help me, I literally got kicked out of the area with the door slammed in my face...even after being polite to them after the first time they were rude. I was floored at how rude and unprofessional everyone was...with the exception of the nice lady who tried helping me. But she must be treated horribly by her manager as she kept apologizing to the mgr as if her trying to help a customer was a bad thing... (My suggestion to her...get a new job and get away from that negative group of people) My suggestion to the management....also get a new job because you make it very apparent you hate your jobs!

I was rather impressed that this was a large location compared to other locations I've been to. On the most part it was clean but the layout was rather odd in some areas.

Unlike the disaster zones that are your average dollar stores, this place is actually nice inside - it's spacious and well-organized. I'm an elementary school teacher and have found a lot of school supplies there that I've been really happy with, along with tons of other miscellaneous items that obviously aren't top-notch quality but still do the trick. Definitely recommend..
