I went in for my routine eye exam and had Dr. Facchiano as the doctor. He is extremely friendly, kind, and helpful at explaining the ins and outs of what he is seeing during the vision tests! I was able to get concrete, understandable answers to all of my questions regarding my vision, the tests he was performing, and recommendations for maintaining healthy eyes. I work at a screen 8+ hours a day and he was able to elaborate the importance of blue light filters in helping maintain my eye health.Likewise, the three women in the storefront were all extraordinarily kind, too. I don't recall their names except for Nina, but they helped choose a great frame for me and explain some of the exams results and various lens options.I can't recommend Pearle Vision enough, they were wonderful in all respects!

This was the most thorough eye exam in a couple of years. Doc Facchiano took time to explain what she saw and how it may affect my The staff at checkout made the entire experience pleasant. Great customer service

I have been a patient for several years and was always happy until this last visit. My exam was taking longer than expected as I was unable to see things "sharp" despite what the Dr. was trying. It ended up that I was seeing slight "double" and that was causing the problems. Once we realized this, the Dr. (who was very kind and patient), started applying prisms to help sharpen what I was seeing. Just as she started doing this the Assistant Mgr. came into the room, glared at her, and then me, and said flatly "we are running behind". I apologized and tried to explain that nothing we were trying seemed to help, and then she looked glaringly at me and said in a deeper voice "we are running behind". She again glared at the Dr. and then walked out of the room. In all my years of service at any Drs. office I have never been treated this way or seen anyone treated this way! I will not be buying my glasses at Pearle Vision in Brookfield, nor will I be returning. I have take my business to another, non-Pearle Dr. as a result. While the Dr., herself was professional, patient and kind, the Asst. Mgr. ruined the experience for me.

The doctor did more differential testing and actually had my contact prescription that she tested to make sure was the right fit for me. And it was a quick and easy appointment with minimal waiting.

Loved our experience from beginning to end. Guy who did initial tests was so nice, Dr. F was as well and the woman who helped my daughter pick out glasses was amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone.

It's March and I still don't have the glasses that I paid for in November of last year. The office staff is terrible at returning phone calls, has no idea what is happening with my eyeglass order, and I am ready to ask for a refund. The eyeglass order was messed up originally by someone in the office and so the wrong glasses came back. I was told they had to send the glasses back to be reworked just before Christmas and that it would take another two weeks. Two then three weeks passed and I called to make an appt to come and pick the glasses up (they said the glasses were in). When I came to the office on the Sat morning appt at 10am, the office was locked up and lights out. I came back an hour later and same thing. No one called me to follow up. I walked into the office a week later rather than try to call again, and asked for the glasses, which took two people around 15 minutes to locate in the back room somewhere. The glasses they brought out were not the Oakley eyeglasses I paid for and so I was told they would need to resubmit the order (which was never done the first time around). It has now been almost another month without any indication from Pearle vision that the glasses are ready. I was even given the managers cell number to communicate by text, and that eventually became ineffective as she stopped communicating all together. I really need a resolution to this immediately.
