The store is very big and well organized, I went to pick up online order. It was hassle free. Once we enter the store, the pick up section is left side. The staff was friendly.

God awful customer service and online service. Ordered Giannis Immo 3s twice. One delivered to Illinois and the other came in the wrong color. Lady at the front couldn’t even work her own store’s app. Actually god awful never go here.

Used to come to Dsw a lot but seemingly their variety of shoes never changes? I'm seeing shoes that I bought 2 or 3 years ago still being sold, also their brands are super limited. I want sneakers that are not sketchers or keds lol..

My parents were looking for winter boots, so I thought we could start here. The aisles are kind of a mess with lots of random boxes piled up, and there were lots of sizes out of stock, and not really any employees available to help, but they did each find what they wanted, and at a great price, so it was worth coming here.

Ordered a pair of shoes online, drove 30 minutes to pick up and was informed that they “weren’t able to find that one.” A call or email would have been appreciated. After walking around the store to look for other options or perhaps another size, it appears they aren’t even carrying that shoe currently or are out of stock.

Let me begin by saying, I don't really care for shopping for clothing or shoes. I want the widest selection possible so that I feel guaranteed to just get it done. I mean, I want cute shoes, I just don't want shopping for them to take a ton of time and running around. So, with this in mind, when I need shoes, I head to DSW. The selection is expansive, the prices are reasonable, and more importantly, it's likely to be a one-stop-shop for all more shoe needs (no need to run all over town). On my most recent visit, I was looking for summer flip-flops or slides. I found some great white Birkenstocks that fit the bill. For my shoe shopping needs? Great!
