I was suspicious of all the 5 star reviews when I went, but these guys are actually the best. I walked in with my broken Dyson and walked out with my fixed Dyson all in less than 5 minutes. Best part was that I didn't have to pay a cent because my Dyson was still under warranty. It was really so easy.

Stopped by for the 2nd time. Just like to say thank you for the excellent service and replaced the broken motor head with all paper works done in a short time. Having 4 Dyson for the past several years, only wish I know this service center earlier.----------------I stopped by today at 1:35pm for my refurbished Dyson v11 for the 1st time. It has some issues that I called many times not resolved. The store supposed to be closed from 1:30pm ~ 2pm, but it opened for me, and the tech quickly confirmed the issue and replaced the part for me within few minutes. Really appreciate!!

I had contacted online support & it was determined my Dyson Outsize needed to be replaced. Still under warranty, I shipped it back, tracked it and waited for my replacement. For 10 weeks, I called the 800 number- no answer; emailed, no reply; messaged, no reply; FB messaged, no reply. Finally saw the great reviews for the service center, so I thought I would give it a try. I was so frustrated and upset with Dyson! I did not expect Lathan to greet me at the door, smiling, asking to help. Within a week, I had my replacement vacuum. I cannot thank him enough. He listened to me, looked into the problem, called me later the same day with an explanation and expedited my order. I love Dyson products and was ready to give upon them, but thanks to Lathan, I'm back.

Jon was amazing, thorough, and really helpful. My unit was serviced, cleaned, and new filters were suggested which I bought.I didn't know that you can buy product at this location. I'll buy my next Dyson filter here.

Super helpful! Super friendly! Lathan gave top notch customer service! As a stylist I have spent a lot of money on Dyson haircare and when my blow dryer was giving me problems I took it in to Lathan and within minutes he problem solved and fixed it.Definitely recommend!

These guys are the BEST! Walked in expecting to drop off my vacuum for service, and instead (John) had my old DC17 switch and cord fixed in about 20 minutes. They also successfully serviced 2 other customers while I was waiting. It was the best service experience I’ve had in years, and definitely worth the 50 minute drive up to get it done. One more reason to love a Dyson…

Walked inside, told the tech what the issues were, it took me longer to scan the QR code and setup the repair request than it took him to repair the unit. Fast professional service world class experience at this location.

Was 1st person in door, my daughters vac was clogged. 15 minutes later vac was cleared and a new filter. Great service

I'd give 10 stars if I could! So friendly and fast while still taking his time to ensure our vacuum was completely fixed. We thought we would have to drop it off and come back to pick up but not the case! Fixed it right there.This service center alone makes me glad we chose Dyson. Thank you so much!!

Amen!!!!! After a month of getting no where with corporate Dyson customer service for a broken part on my 3-month old V15, a coworker told me about this local service center. 5 minutes later - my issue was resolved and I was on my way. The worker was extremely friendly. I wish I had known about this place prior to all the new gray hairs I got dealing with corporate!!!! Or even better … I wish corporate would have referred me here.

I walked in this morning with my older stick vac. Pressed the power button and in 2 seconds the tech said that I needed a new filter. Showed me where it was, put in a new one, problem solved. Educated me that the filter was washable. I bought an additional one to have in stock at home. $12 per filter. In and out the door in 15 min max.They sell new products here, too. Really great having this resource so close to my house. And wonderful technician to handle my problem.
