One of our amazing directors had recent surgery and we were researching several companies who could send a lovely get well arrangement. We were familiar with Edible Arrangement, but were concerned with recent poor reviews. I decided to call the Brookfield location and inquire about ordering an edible arrangement. I had placed the initial order online but wanted to upgrade with chocolate covered strawberries. I was honest and upfront about our concerns with the recent reviews, condition of received arrangements, etc. The staff I spoke to was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, they reassured me that our director would receive a very nice arrangement. We were very impressed! The arrangement was beautiful and huge! They even gave us an additional small discount and delivered it so quickly!! THANK YOU to the staff/artists at edible arrangements! Outstanding customer service by Gabriella! I was trying to order an arrangement online that contained a balloon, but the site would not let me. Frustrated I called the store, Gabriella said it was because this location did not carry balloons. Gabriella patiently listened to what I needed and offered many great options, even to customize to what I was trying to achieve. I ended up going with something even better than I originally was going to order! Thank you Gabriella for helping this out of state Mom to get the perfect arrangement and sentiment delivered.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place so deserves it!! Especially with a 3.8 rating it is mind boggling! So professional and incredibly kind. I was a walk-in and had not called it in and she got me in and out in a matter of minutes. Not to mention the strawberries with chocolate were to die for! 5+ stars in my book, I will definitely be returning!

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries through DoorDash as a gift for Mother's Day. The dasher even called the store to clarify directions so they knew she was coming to pick up the order. She arrived 2 min later and they said that they were overwhelmed and that she should tell me to cancel the order! That was after DoorDash already sent a text to my mom saying that a gift was arriving. I was able to get a full refund from DoorDash, but I'm upset that my order was accepted and of course now my mom had no Mother's Day gift. Not a good experience. I paid the Dasher a tip for her time and effort. Wasn't her fault!

Don’t waste your money if you want the order to be delivered on a certain day. Ordered a $100 arrangement to be delivered the following day for a birthday gift. The store guaranteed it would be delivered that day. I tracked the order the next morning (day it was supposed to be delivered) and it said order is being arranged. Early afternoon it said the order was delivered. The order never got delivered to the recipient. I called the store and they said it would get delivered before 7:00 pm. After 7:00 pm the order had still not gotten delivered and I went back to track the order and it just said order received. I ended up canceling the order the day after it was supposed to be delivered and the order status still just said order received.

Be careful if you order a large fruit basket as a gift. We received a large arrangement of fruit yesterday -- too large for three people. The fruit was on the edge of overripe and we had to take apart the arrangement and get the salvageable fruit into the frig. We threw out about half. It's a shame as the gift was sent in good faith, but it was simply not appropriate for the size of the household with no guests in sight for five days. If you place an order for a large arrangement like this one, be sure there is a large event within a day of delivery for consumption.

I purchased the large arrangement for our Easter family dinner. I picked it up from store late in the day due to store being closed for Easter. The first thing I noticed was a missing pineapple dipped bunny. The clerk kindly took it in the back and added one. What was peculiar was the order had someone else's name on it, but she told me it was mine. Was it rejected by someone and they decided to give it to me? The dipped strawberries were awful. Clerk said they ran out of semi sweet chocolate and had to use white chocolate. I hate white chocolate. They were small and some were not even ripe like you see in grocery stores. I was always impressed with their strawberries in the past but not this time. I paid way to much money for what I was handed.

This is the second time I have ordered from this place and they are late again. This location needs to either get additional drivers or call their customers when they know they aren’t going to get the delivery done by 4pm so other arrangements can be made. Service is everything and this company needs improvements!

My husband ordered the Large arrangement with chocolate dipped strawberries. Spent $120. The basket was delivered late and I had to go back to work to pick it up. Then when my daughter started eating it there were two grapes that had mold on them. When my husband called they were very apologetic and offered to replace the basket and deliver me a new one the next day. The delivery was late again the following day and was not received before I left work for the day. We will not be ordering again.
