“Great shop, great service, best pricing and quick service.
I priced around first and the 3 places I called were more than double the price plus they needed 3 to 4 hours to do the work and this gentleman was able to successfully do my repair in less than an hour. He was also able to set me up with a new screen protector and replacement protective cover so when I walked out, it felt like I had a new phone.
I highly recommend for iPhone repairs.”
“My Galaxy s23 ultra I had a swollen battery. He fixed it like brand new in about 10 minutes. Cheaper than the other shops too. The ubreakifix shop couldn't fix my battery without also fixing every other little problem like a cracked back glass because of a contract they have with Samsung. This place is awesome”
“Michael at the Mayfair Rd location in Wauwatosa was awesome! I came in with an issue with my RCS messages and he was able to fix it within minutes. Very knowledgeable!”
“I called batteries Plus for advice about my phone. I was having Bluetooth functionality issues that only suggested hardware issues. So when I spoke to Sean about my issues, he gave me excellent advice. I'm really really glad that I spoke to him before I did anything else. I've always had excellent experiences in that store, and that has always kept me going back to that location. I recommend this place highly for more than just batteries. Sean and the other staff are highly competent and will guide you to the best decisions for whatever you need.”
“I have a Sport Sync radio that allows me to sync my radio with Packer TV broadcasts. My antenna broke off and Emergency TV Service was able to replace it affordably. I was fortunate they were able to repair it. The radio is a patented item and the company lost their manufacturing partner so at the present time new Sync radios cannot be purchased. Great job Emergency TV Service.”

“Lisa was very helpful and provided a link for me to try and reset my Epson printer when I called. When I was unsuccessful, she had Luke (one of their technicians) contact me. Luke was very patient and helpful to walk me through step by step to get my printer going again. Success thanks to him!
Thank you, Doug Boettcher”
