Even though the location didn't have my specific fob on site, John was able knew exactly the product I needed, ordered them for me, gave me an accurate estimate on when they would arrive and provided a proactive follow up as to when I could come in and have them programmed. As a regular batteries plus customer at this location I've worked with John on multiple occasions and find him to be a consumate professional, who consistently demonstrates that he has the knowledge, experience and expertise to answer any battery related questions. “I visited this location and purchased a new battery for my 2017 Subaru Outback. I replaced my old battery with the new battery, that has a larger capacity and more Cold Cranking Amps -for better winter starting. Replacement was very easy -and only took 15 minutes. Batteries Plus privide a core refund for the old battery too.

“Chuck is awesome!! He changed the burned out headlight bulbs on my Kia and replaced a fuse I didn't know about which saved me $1000 due to a diagnostic error from the Kia dealership. “I made an online order and needed to exchange a front caliber for a rear. The manager Andrew at the time would not give me an even exchange and told me to call back to speak with the store manager. I called Misty the store manager the following day and she went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my situation, then returned my money and the difference because the rear caliber was cheaper. I appreciate hard working people like Misty who cares about their customers. As for Andrew, please do better. You can't work in customer service and just come to work to cash a check. Thank you again Misty!”
