What does making a reservation 3 months in advance get you on the day of the rental, not the actual rental. On a whim I called the day before my reservation to make sure there would be no issues. Torien told me that there was only 1 cargo van and it was due back by noon and he would call the person to confirm return. He then stated "I will call you every hour to until we can confirm".Did Torian call me at all? That would be no. I arrive the day of rental and was told by the other gentleman "Weren't we supposed to call you "if" we got a van?" "IF". He then states, we have 1 cargo van and its due back at Noon.Sir, Torian stated it was due back yesterday at noon. Then he proceeds to call the person with the cargo van and asks do you want to extend another day? How, how can you offer to extend another day when you've committed the van to someone else 3 months ago.In the end, did I ever get the rental from Enterprise? NO. But what I did get was an invoice for $354, where they apparently rented a van to someone else in my name. Torien states it was an error. However im unsure and learly still. Would give them Zero stars If I could.

Reserved a small cargo van about a week before I was supposed to pick up, Enterprise called me the morning of my pick up date, stating that they didn't have a small cargo van but asked if a large one would work, I said yes. Enterprise then calls 15 minutes before I was to pick up (literally was on my way) and said they didn't have a vehicle for me to use.

Enterprise Truck rental in Wauwatosa WI provided a Five Star experience. From my initial phone call, to checking out the truck and through the return. I was impressed with the Dodge Ram 2500 for comfort and towing capability of my 31' Airstream travel trailer. I will refer them and be a return customer. Cheers, Steve

Xavier is mostly the reason this company gets a 5 star review. We reserved a 26ft Moving Truck for 8am later in the week. When we showed up we were told that someone didn’t bring back a truck. We were told that we wouldn’t get a truck until 12 noon. We had people lined up to help us load the truck, and were on a very tight timeline. After expressing our displeasure, and explaining the situation - in jumps Xavier to the rescue. He lined up a NEW truck, and had it ready by 10am. In a world where getting good customer service is rare lately, Xavier has renewed our belief that there is definitely EXCELLENT customer service still out there to be found. Thank you Xavier for going over and beyond to help us out!! Keep up the great work!

Rented a cargo van to move my daughter from Eau Claire to Madison. Overall, truck was clean, drove great, no complaints. Only reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star was the lack of cruise control on the truck. Otherwise, 5 stars for sure. Quick check-in process to getting in the truck and driving away. easy peasy!

Enterprise always delivers excellent customer service for me. I have used other rental agencies in the past and they good enough, but every time I have used Enterprise they seem to give a little something extra to ensure I have a great experience.

Rented a Dodge 3500 Ram pick up truck to haul 3 motorcycles to Sturgis, the truck was brand new (500 miles on her) she ran like a dream!! MARY in the Milwaukee area branch (Wawatosa) was absolutely fantastic!! I would definitely recommend Enterprise 1000 percent!! Thank You for making our trip worry-free!!!

Fantastic experience. I've used this location a few times. Was helped by Aaron, and his manager Alex. These two exhibited kindness and patience when I found myself in a bind and they helped get me in a car quickly despite them being very busy. I can't thank them enough!It's hard to find genuine customer care like this nowadays! I was treated like an individual, not a number. Well done!
