Nancy McMahon at Ethan Allen is amazing. I walked in with a very specific request for a family member and dreading a lack of options. I was beyond happy when Nancy presented multiple options and it took less than 30 minutes. Nancy has a great eye for color and wonderful customer service skills. The furniture quality speaks for itself. I am very pleased and grateful. Thank you!

Lisa H. at this Ethan Allen location is the best. I had a very poor experience ordering something from Ethan Allen online so I'm salty at the organization in general, but I'm told the stores operate independently from the website. Anyway, Lisa has gone above and beyond trying to help me get a relatively small (by Ethan Allen standards) gift purchased for my wife, and it means so much to me to work with someone so kind and helpful! I'd say avoid ordering from the website but definitely go to this store.

I worked with Wendy Williams for 3 years gradually furnishing our new home. Wendy is great to work with, comes up with great options, and helped me look at my living room in a whole new way to make it warm and inviting. I love every piece of furniture we got from Ethan Allen; the quality is great and of course it all looks beautiful. Thank you, Wendy!

Quick to take money, slow to deliver. Bought 4 floor model chairs and was told tee could have immediate delivery. Come to find out “immediate delivery” mean more than 2 months. We were finally able to schedule delivery on our 4 chairs and only 3 were on the truck. Called to find out where our 4th chair is and nobody knows!I realize there is a wait for custom furniture but that isn’t what we ordered or what we were sold. If we were told the truth on the timeline of these chairs we wouldn’t have ordered them. Glenn wanted a sale and either lied or did not work to follow through on what he promised a customer.Not what you should expect working with a premium furniture store.

The very expensive sectional sofa I just got is rock hard. The seat cushions are hard, the back cushions are hard. The sofa delivered is nothing like what I sat in at the store. When I emailed the sales lady about the hard cushions, she said the store’s cushions are softer because people have been sitting in it. Honestly, I dont believe that because mine is so hard. Now the repair guy is coming to my house…but he’s not going to be able to fix this. I’m going to have to replace the cushion inserts. I would never recommend their sofas. Ethan Allen doesn’t know how to design a soft, pillowy, comfy sofa to cuddle up on for 4 kids and a dog that you can take a nap on. They don’t have soft material like chenille or corduroy. Look at the photos on their websites. They don’t design liveable furniture that is comfy. Look elsewhere for your furniture.

Wonderful service! The sleeper sofa I bought came with a tiny cut in fabric, the service department was right on top of it. Came to my house to replace the whole arm! I certainly will but from them again

MARILYNN DAL PORTO spent a significant amount of time with us going through every chair in the store until we found the perfect chair that fit our style, our bodies, and what we currently have in our house. It was a long process and we are extremely happy with what we picked out. She pointed things out that we never thought of plus helped us in choosing colors and material that worked well for our lifestyle. Marilyn was an excellent sales person who made buying our furniture fun. We would definitely request Maryilynn again for our future Ethan Allen purchases.

Glenn was easy to work with and had great insight, but when he was on vacation it was horrendous dealing with his co-worker, Wendy.Not the customer service you’d expect for Ethan Allen. Wendy’s rude disposition and tone/volume on the phone was unprofessional and unfortunately ruined an otherwise great experience with Glenn. I’ve had better overall experiences at Arhaus, Pottery Barn, and Crate & Barrel.

Ethan Allen makes great looking, comfortable furniture and accessories, but Wendy Lee Williams takes their products to another level. Her vision of which pieces and colors will work in my home is incredible. She helped me with formal and casual rooms in my home over the past 5 years and it all looks perfect together ❤️. She challenges my thinking while still using my preferences, so I have not made any bad purchases since working with Wendy! So many compliments ☺️

I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Steve Linko at the Ethan Allen Customer Service Center. Our home in Punta Gorda, Florida faced some water damage from Hurricane Ian and Steve was so kind to help send us the delivery receipts so that we could complete our insurance claim for water damage to the furniture we purchased within the year. This is again a reason why we love Ethan Allen and appreciate greatly the customer service they provide on all fronts of there business. Thank you Steve! You made a stressful situation easier so that we can move forward.
