Sammy the manager was rude and not helpful. She closed the fitting rooms 10 mins early and when I asked to try on an item on she said no, fitting rooms are closed and walked away. Wow, there's a more professional way to handle that. Avoid this Express.

The absolute worst express…the female associate working on Jan 10 around 5pm is the worst. She could care less about what I was looking for. Super rude when I approached her almost like she was annoyed I asked her a question. Will NEVER go to this store again. Absolutely horrible.

Store is clean and well organized, unable to find multiple items in correct sizing for both men and women though which was a challenge. Additionally, the customer service seems to be hit or miss. We have had both experiences of team members seeming bothered by our presence and then friendly to interact with.

The manager is terrible at this location. She offers poor customer service and is very unprofessional. I will avoid the Brookfield location from now on because my last three visits were very unpleasant. Avoid interacting with her if you must shop at this location.

This store has completely fallen apart. Upper displays are missing. Food stains on displays.. Customer service is nonexistent. Like a plywood-clearance version of a Gap store. This season's fashion looks like a 70s consignment store got puked up by a storage war too.

I am 5'2" and weigh 105 lbs. tried on a dress at the store and I didn't fit into my normal extra small size. I asked the sales clerk if she had any in a small size. I told her that since having 3 children I wasn't fitting into my normal extra small with this dress as it was too tight in the upper mid section. She proceeded to ask me if I knew what Activia was. I didn't know if I'd heard her right so I asked if she could repeat herself. I was hoping that she was talking about another store in the mall and not food. She repeated herself and she said "Activia, the probiotics in the yogurt can help you lose weight, as she placed her hands on her own waist. I've lost 20 pounds from just being on Activia." She proceeded to share with me where to find it and how often to eat it. I was so shocked by her comment I didn't know what to say. I handed her the dress wished her a good day and left pushing my baby in his stroller.

Purchased something online for instore pick up. Had immediate help and feel the gals working there at the time I was there were courteous and helpful. Attentive not only to me but two others that came in and needed assistance. I feel the store's focus for women's clothing is for a younger crowd ( younger than my age group). I was shopping for my daughter in law. Pretty items but catered to a younger age group.

Incredibly poor customer experience today at this Brookfield location. I went in to exchange 2 items that were ordered online. I couldn’t find the receipt for one of the items and I was told I needed to keep the item. It still had the tags on it and it didn’t fit. I asked Mary who was staring at me without a solution to speak with a manager. Marybeth came over and stated that I also had no options. I explained that I would have come in earlier but due to Covid I was stuck at home. Now I had 2 associates staring at me again with no option or solution. I was told to call the online number for additional help. I did just that while in store and was told I could exchange this item for something the current price. I was happy to do that. These associates told me it was only done as a “one off”. The very helpful online associate taught them that they are wrong on that policy. It was all extremely frustrating. These associates showed a lack of compassion and were definitely not solution minded. Worst customer experience I’ve had in quite sometime. I won’t even get into the checkout experience. It was uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave a store I have spent an incredible amount of money in. I will not be back anytime soon. I’m sure Mary will be happy! Since my whole visit seemed like a bother.
