FedEx pickup inside Walgreens at corner of Pilgrim and Capitol. Great service. The young man who works there even took the very large box to my car for me. I’ll use this pick up location again and have also told my family about it .

Good luck if your package is lost. Driver will say delivered. Management will say delivered and you'll get a picture that is not your house. How does this count as delivery? There supposed to deliver to your home! I actually hung up on the manager named Scott. Service people cannot do anything but waste your time. I don't understand how this business runs. Tracking numbers take me to a PO Box. That is not mine. See the picture below. I have told the companies I will not order from them if they use FedEx.

Is 0 Stars an option? FedEx has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! (They keep delivering packages to the wrong house in the same subdivision. We have 4 claims in a matter of 2 weeks and haven't heard a word!!!!!!)

I had a box of clothes delivered.The box was left in the middle of my driveway in a rain/snow mix. The box was soaked and the clothes were wet. I don't understand why the box wasn't placed on my porch under the overhang. Very disappointed

I went in to do a simple modem return and had to deal with the worst service in the industry. Chris, customer service is a right, sorry I interrupted your life by being a customer. I didn't mean to inconvenience you.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I stop in. Quincy, who is in training, was incredibly helpful and friendly today with assisting with my return. I wish I could put a review on FedEx's site but I have no idea which store number this is. Thanks so much for the amazing service, Quincy!!
