I have had multiple negative experiences at this FedEx location on 124th and Capitol Drive. The middle age Caucasian female employee has consistently overcharged me and labeled my items incorrectly for express shipping. As a small business owner who ships frequently, this has caused me unnecessary hassle and frustration. During my last visit, she pretended her computer was not working properly, even though it was clearly functioning, and directed me to another associate. I have also observed her treating Caucasian customers with more respect and efficiency, while going out of her way to complicate things for minorities. This kind of discrimination and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if it means a longer drive for a better experience.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Sean at FedEx Store #2056 for his exceptional service. Despite handling a long line of customers by himself, he managed to multitask efficiently while assisting each person. He helped me with my printing and binding needs for a work RFP response that I needed to overnight, all while educating me on the printing process. His professionalism and dedication made my experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you, Sean!

Went in to drop off a package for return to seller. The man who helped me immediately dropped my package on the ground in front of me, which contained a fragile camera lens. I told him I’d like it repackaged for safe shipment and he tried just rebox the box I brought without extra padding until a much nicer woman told him to rewrap it in bubble wrap. I sure hope the lens is okay.

Great experience yesterday with online ordering some prints! Ready when promised, great quality and the store staff person Sam was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make it happen. Turned out they had run out of the specialty paper stock I needed, so she drove to another store to get more and make sure my job was finished on time.
Even more impressive is Sam was energetic, friendly and helpful when I arrived 10 minutes before 7 PM closing. She was solo and helping a shipping customer when I arrived, but gave me a friendly greeting when i came in like it was just opening time. Took care of me and another customer than came in last minute too. great experience.

The customer service needs some help. Was at this location earlier today and was very disappointed with the poor customer service regarding the computer system and wished she had showed me the alternative way of printing, which I eventually found myself.

I went here couple of weeks ago and again on 3/16/2024 to send small package with prepaid label . Terrible attitude.. do not look at customer and even don’t acknowledge thank you ☺️

I have reason to believe that my debit card information was used in a fraudulent manner by an employee or some other person after I used the onsite computer to print 2 pages of a Wisconsin DMV driver's license application. I got a $25 charge to print 2 pages using their onsite computer which should have only charged me a few dollars. On Wednesday, Dec 27 at 3:45pm, I was required to enter my debit card into a machine attached to the computer (which charges 48 cents per minute) ? before using it. It took the computer and a nearly inaudible staff member, 10 minutes to access a simple PDF on my email for printing. This same staff member who could barely speak, did not show me how to log off to stop the per-minute charge of adding up for the computer time. I did figure out how to lig off myself, but not after I was charged over $7 to do it. This morning, I woke up to a $25 charge to my bank from the same establishment. I DID NOT ship or purchase anything besides printing 2 pages on a computer that wasn't even working properly. I will NEVER go here again, and I advise all customers to NOT use their computers for printing and pay for services with cards for fear of theft of information and fraudulent use.

I had to ship lots of electronic stuff in the end of last December. The manager and an employee there was so quick to help packing our stuff, calculated the fees, made us sign some papers, and we’re done! Good service! I even came back to ship some other stuff in early January, and they had the same speedy service. Good job!

Is 0 Stars an option? FedEx has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! (They keep delivering packages to the wrong house in the same subdivision. We have 4 claims in a matter of 2 weeks and haven't heard a word!!!!!!)
