I have reason to believe that my debit card information was used in a fraudulent manner by an employee or some other person after I used the onsite computer to print 2 pages of a Wisconsin DMV driver's license application. I got a $25 charge to print 2 pages using their onsite computer which should have only charged me a few dollars. On Wednesday, Dec 27 at 3:45pm, I was required to enter my debit card into a machine attached to the computer (which charges 48 cents per minute) ? before using it. It took the computer and a nearly inaudible staff member, 10 minutes to access a simple PDF on my email for printing. This same staff member who could barely speak, did not show me how to log off to stop the per-minute charge of adding up for the computer time. I did figure out how to lig off myself, but not after I was charged over $7 to do it. This morning, I woke up to a $25 charge to my bank from the same establishment. I DID NOT ship or purchase anything besides printing 2 pages on a computer that wasn't even working properly. I will NEVER go here again, and I advise all customers to NOT use their computers for printing and pay for services with cards for fear of theft of information and fraudulent use.

The woman helping me at the front desk was kind and attentive! Answered all of my questions and was very quick with helping me ship my items.

I had to ship lots of electronic stuff in the end of last December. The manager and an employee there was so quick to help packing our stuff, calculated the fees, made us sign some papers, and we’re done! Good service! I even came back to ship some other stuff in early January, and they had the same speedy service. Good job!

Is 0 Stars an option? FedEx has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! (They keep delivering packages to the wrong house in the same subdivision. We have 4 claims in a matter of 2 weeks and haven't heard a word!!!!!!)

I went in to do a simple modem return and had to deal with the worst service in the industry. Chris, customer service is a right, sorry I interrupted your life by being a customer. I didn't mean to inconvenience you.

It was as crowded as you would expect the hour before close on Christmas week. And STILL I left in a good mood because I was so impressed by Adriana’s attentiveness, not just to me, but to every single person as they walked in the door. She was the only one working and still managed to be fast, kind, calm, and efficient all at once, somehow greeting each person and orienting them, while still staying attentive to the person she was helping. Honestly I didn’t mind waiting because it was kind of magical to watch! My print job was also done well and quickly; I was very happy with the final product.

Quincy offered to help carry my package to the door before I even fully got out of the car! Very friendly, authentic and personable. His enthusiasm is contageous! We frequent this location for work during the week and look forward to returning every time.

I frequent this fedex location often as I don't have any of my packages delivered to my house because of porch pirates. I have to say that the people that work here are wonderful. I've only just learned one of their names, Quincy for one is super great, very friendly, he even helps me take my packages to my car sometimes, Overall just a great person in general there is also a young lady who works here she is always smiling and I know that her job is very stressful at times because people can be jerks! but I have never seen her act out of character nor show any negative behavior. I believe she is the manager I wish I knew her name because she is a breath of fresh air! Easy to talk to and very professional. This branch has a low star rating but that may be because of the people that used to work here, I have been going to this site for about 3 years and to be honest the people weren't that nice in the beginning, however that has all changed now! I highly recommend using this fedex location for all your shipping & printing needs. The site is clean and the people are very attentive, I've never seen anyone on their cell phone or using profanity, these are just little things that make the biggest differences! Thank you so much for all your hard work, it's definitely been a pleasurable experience with every visit. Thanks you for all you do!Steven Guerrero..

I got to this location a few minutes before 9 am. The FedEx employee had unlocked the door and was standing by the door. I waved, but she did not acknowledge me. I waited another couple of minute while she stood in the door, then opened it. She told me they weren’t open. I went back to my car, waited until 9:01, came back in through the door to drop off my pkg and she said my car clock was wrong, they were still not open. It is now, 9:05 and I am going to attempt to drop off my pkg again. Wish me luck.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I stop in. Quincy, who is in training, was incredibly helpful and friendly today with assisting with my return. I wish I could put a review on FedEx's site but I have no idea which store number this is. Thanks so much for the amazing service, Quincy!!

I want to thank Sabrina for going above and beyond with helping me complete this large project for our team. She made helpful suggestions and checked in throughout the print process to verify different parts of the project. She also really doubled-down to make sure the project was delivered on time even though she had shared that the store was particularly busy at the time. I appreciated Sabrina's can-do attitude and commitment to getting the job done!
