I had heard wonderful things about Ferguson, so we were very excited for our appointment to select fixtures for our new home build. Booking our appointment went very smoothly and the initial scheduler who I spoke with was lovely. Becky was our in-store consultant, and from the moment we sat down, it felt like she didn’t have time for us. Having never built a house before, I had mistakenly booked an hour appointment, which she told us was not enough time. We tried to “restart” with her several times, trying to tone down her aggression, but after unsuccessfully being able to get her in a place to collaborate, we had to leave the appointment. Our experience was extremely disappointing and we will not be returning.

Never go here. what an amazing store, we're doing a custom bathroom wanting some unique fixtures and was told to come to this company, walked in walked whole store ignored the whole time then when I ask a lady walking by for help she gets a discussed look on her face and says we're appointment only and reluctantly went to desk to say we can get you in later this week. NOT. LOL HORRIBLE

Big selection at reasonable prices for high-end hardware. Ferguson works with local contractors for an easy homeowner collaboration. Becky, our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We had an overall negative experience Staff was not helpful and did not seem to care about helping.Given the store's response below, I will leave my original comment as is above but lay out what happened for clarity. My wife and I visited this showroom about two weeks before and walked in and nobody was at the front desk. We went to a customer service person and consulted with her. She was helpful, but essentially told us that we should come back some other time with items selected from the website and someone would help us locate those items (or something close to those items) in the showroom. She did not mention we needed an appointment or that just to be safe we should set an appointment if we wanted to speak with someone else the next time we visited. We arrived again about two weeks later with all of the items we wanted selected from the website and this time there was a person at the front desk. She asked why we were visiting and I explained the situation. She said that we needed an appointment and would not be able to see anyone. She acted like it was a major breach of decorum for us to not have made an appointment. Her attitude and the situation was frustrating to us based on our previous visit where nobody told us we needed an appointment and there was not even a person sitting at the front desk. After a long wait, the front desk worker told us that she would try to help us locate the items we picked out (which we appreciated) but it was clear she was not up to the task (which is understandable because she is working at the front desk and not a customer service agent). We told her that the arrangement wasn't working and we would like to work with a customer service representative. After another significant wait, she said someone was finishing up and would be with us in a few minutes. We sta]yed because we had the impression that a customer service representative was going to work with us to find what we pulled from online/answer our questions. Despite our initial frustrations, we felt happy we were going to see a customer service representative and get all of our questions answered. We then waited for about 10 or so more minutes. Then, a person (who I now understand to be the manager) talked to us and we began asking questions and he began to help us. He clearly knew his stuff, so we thought things were going well but then after 10-15 minutes (or so), the manager told us that he did not have time right now to answer all of our questions/help us and that we should set up an appointment. At this point, we felt misled because the person at the front desk told us we were going to be able to talk to someone to help us (which we took to mean help us fully) not that someone was going to be able to talk to us for 10-15 minutes before telling us the exact same thing we were told 45 minutes earlier (which is they were too busy to help us) and to set an appointment for the future. Overall, we spent approximately an hour at the store and barely made any progress on our bathroom remodel.Overall, our second visit to the store was a frustrating experience and we decided to work with our plumber to order the material directly from the manufacturers instead of dealing with the store again.

Great customer service! I worked with Zach to order a new lantern for my outside light post. He was very good at keeping me updated on my order options and order progress. He also quickly helped me resolve an issue that was the supplier's fault. Thank you for the premium service! I will be coming back to you for future projects!

My fiancé and I walked in and were just browsing around. We were not acknowledged by any of the staff. Not even a hello or anything. I do understand that this store is a higher end appliance and fixture store but who doesn't acknowledge customers? We weren't even acknowledged when we left. The girl at the desk just kept her face buried in her computer screen. Ultimately, we ended up ordering what we wanted off Overstock and Wayfair. This place gives small businesses a bad name for how they treat their customers.

They're not very interested in their customers. Items are grossly overpriced. Not a very special place to go to. Found a better selections at Menards.

Frankly, I can't say anything about their products because I spent 30 minutes walking around the store and looking at fixtures by myself, and taking some pictures so I could look at them in my home. I was prepared to spend around $50,000 in light fixtures. However, not one of the many sales people who were sitting at their desks alone at their computers acknowledged me, said hello to me, or asked if they could help me. They have lost my business and I will never walk into the store again. Whatever happened to Customer Service? I'm very happy to take my business elsewhere.

We had an associate at Ferguson's to help us in our kitchen remodel and we were highly disappointed for this type of store. We needed to pick a light for the middle of the kitchen and we were looking for a specific color-gold. The woman helping us had us look throughout the store and she also picked items online that we may like. We ended up going with an item that she showed us online-assuming it was gold. Maybe this was our fault, but she was more than aware of what our "color" was and trusted that she knew what she was doing. We had to wait about a month or so for the shipment which was fine, we knew how the long shipping is right now and when we opened the light fixture up it was clear as day silver, nothing close to gold. When I contacted her regarding this there was no apology there was nothing. When I said I thought this was gold she said the picture online looked like it was, nothing else. We then looked at some of the other items we picked out prior to deciding on the last fixture and saw another we would go with. It clearly said soft brass or something in the area that states that it is gold. We got the item pretty quickly but were highly disappointed to see that yet again this item was no where near gold either but silver. I do not blame the associate for this issue as it obviously stated it was gold which Ferguson must not have an idea of what gold is. When we called again to tell our associate we had yet again another issue she had the secretary tell us just to come in and that she was having "phone issues" which I highly doubt happened, it seemed she didn't want to talk with us. When we came in, she helped us return the fixture quickly but did not ever apologize for the issue, never asked us if we wanted to exchange it again, never made an attempt to make it right except for the return. We will not be returning our business there. That was the last straw.

Terrible customer service, no communication. Waited 6 months for an oven that we ordered and I had to call to find out that it had been delivered to the warehouse and they never notified me.Quinn is Impossible to get a hold of.

The worst service I have ever experienced as a professional company that provides services. I would never recommend this company I would rather drive 4 hours away

Wish I could rate one star. Bought an expensive Viking range and a Bosch dishwasher from them in 2018. We should have heeded the warning signs as service in store was judgey, short, bored, disinterested. When we ordered our products we got a confirmation from the sales person for the wrong items which we had to correct. We paid for install and the staff came completely unprepared and had to come back not twice but three times. Once installed both appliances have since completely failed. The $6k range from nearly day one. Lopsided, ignites constantly, won't keep heat. They sent "repair people" 3 times then got non-responsive and diverted responsibility. The people sent were NOT qualified and were rude to us when we had inquired to Ferguson about their (FOUR HOUR) lateness asking if we "tattled". The dishwasher now leaks everywhere and is VERY loud, the stove has all but destroyed our love of cooking and we're thinking about biting the bullet and starting over entirely with a reputable vendor.

I guess I am getting tired of the "we are understaffed" excuse. Visited the Brookfield Store to look at ceiling fans. We were directed to where the fans are but was told because they were understaffed it might be a while before someone could help us. So we rambled around looking at the fans. We waited about 20 minutes and were not approached by any staff. The show room was practically empty of customers. Maybe I saw one other customer. After 20 minutes we meandered to the front door. The receptionist ignored us as we walked past toward the door. Thought there might have been an opportunity for her to try and salvage the sale and/or relationship but she just let us walk right out the door. Obviously they did not care to retain our business. Perhaps these are the times we are in but how does a store stay in business when they don't even try to help customers. They have no idea if we were looking for 1 fan or a full renovation... but now they won't know... their loss. After seeing other reviews I can see we are not alone.
