I usually get good service here, but just recently I went for a simple oil change and when I got my car back it had a funky smell to it; almost like wet dog. And it definitely didn't smell like that when I gave them the keys, and I don’t even have a dog! It’s just very disappointing and now has me wondering if they messed with my filter to make me change it. I’m not one to complain but it truly smells awful.

10 STARS for this location. We were on a work trip and came out to our rental being dead. 0 Stars for Avis who asked us to go online and fill out a form. We could see a Firestone from the parking lot. Called and our guardian angel, Brian, answered. He was over in less than 5 minutes to help us get back on the road and wouldn’t accept payment. Truly a heart of service and encourage anyone in need to repay his kindness by using and recommending this location.

I had the pleasure of having my car serviced at this location today. The two service advisors I worked with were fantastic but Ronnie really stood out. Not only did he call right away to reschedule my appointment, give me accurate pricing, he was wonderful in person. Beyond that, while I was waiting I was enlightened to hear how consistently awesome they treated each and every customer that walked in. They were not pushy. They were honest, kind and sincere. I’ve had the opportunity to work with many shops, both professionally and personally and this location had amazing service. I highly recommend for a fair service. They may be a little pricier than other places but they are consistent and honest. I will definitely return for my regular services and any repairs we can’t do ourselves. It was truly wonderful to experience this high level of service. Well done!

Ronnie is just a great dude. Called him on a Friday before the holiday weekend, dropped my car off and a hour later he got it squeezed in and done so my wife could drive it up north.
But.... he is always like this, every time I go he gets everything moving and is honest with what you need and dont need. Honestly the best service advisor ever. Will keep coming back.

I have used Firestone for a decade or more for tire needs. I have found Firestone to be trustworthy, honest, and fair. Firestone typically comes in less expensive for tires and installation than the dealership or other auto and tire stores. Firestone has me as a customer for life.
