Placed a pick up order on Friday, December 12th in the morning. I was told it would be ready within 6 hours. On Saturday, I still hadn’t heard anything so I decided to call. I was on hold waiting for someone for 7 mins before someone very rudely just said “HELLO” and I had to ask if this was 5 below. She said they hadn’t gotten to my order yet. Today, Monday, I got a notification that my order is finally ready and I HAVE TO pick it up by today because they only hold orders for 3 days. Very frustrating that now I have to go out of my way today, after waiting 3 days and dealing with their unprofessionalism.

We came in today looking for some churro chips, the front desk lady upsidian I think that is how u spelled her name, she was the sweetest, very welcoming and friendly if I could rate her 5/5!!! , only one running up the front, we where getting her help and the manager over the walkie talkie was very rude and talked to her in a bad tone “why are u on the phone” when it was clear that she was helping us call other locations, and also even told her before on the walkie talkie that she was gonna call other location for us. What I’m trying to say is that she was straight up rude and could’ve came to the front to at least help her or the others instead of getting on her.

Had to pick up 3 items for a Door Dash delivery from here. And wanted to say thank you to the employee who went above and beyond to help me find all 3 items in record speed! She was so friendly and helpful and kind. She did not make me feel like I was bothering her in anyway. Not many retail stores have employees that truly care about Door Dash drivers or realize that we are out there also trying to make a buck and shopping for their customers. So, I want to thank Five Below for hiring such amazing employees😊

Visited the store for the 1st time in over a year. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and diversity of products. The checkout process was smooth and the new manager was my cashier, super friendly and helpful. Customer service was top tier. Will definitely be returning.

My first time going in the store- I liked it n found more than I came in there for. Clean n neatly organized. I was happy until I checked out-
Assoc: 111111 on 6/11 @10:13am noticed my hat I was wearing and was very verbal on her opinion of how she felt- it's a business...wrong place to open your mouth n lecture n belittle customers because they do not like what is on your hat.

I came to this location at 8:30pm On the Google app, it said that the location closes at 9pm But the manager said they close at 8 PM. So if you changed your time, you need to let Google know that as well

Very clean and organized store! Lots of products available and stocked! Great selection of tech accessories! Customer service was excellent! The employee working was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of parking available.

I recently visited the Five Below store in Brookfield location and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the workers. I asked her for the price of some items and requested help with scanning my purchases, as I had a large number of bubble wands and other items for my students. Instead of assisting me politely, she kept saying "Dios mio" in a rude and exasperated tone. Her unprofessional attitude made the shopping experience quite uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.
