Very clean and organized store! Lots of products available and stocked! Great selection of tech accessories! Customer service was excellent! The employee working was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of parking available.

I recently visited the Five Below store in Brookfield location and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the workers. I asked her for the price of some items and requested help with scanning my purchases, as I had a large number of bubble wands and other items for my students. Instead of assisting me politely, she kept saying "Dios mio" in a rude and exasperated tone. Her unprofessional attitude made the shopping experience quite uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

Having had short work history here during the holiday rush, I didn't stay long due to the fact the place was always a mess because only my morning crew cleaned the place and stock. The quality of employees were all young inner city who are just there for the small paycheck. Even their managers were only making around 15 bucks an hour so I didn't stick around at a store that looks like what the streets in Milwaukee look like.

I was appalled by the condition of the store! I worked retail for 30 years so I understand retail after Christmas conditions BUT this store looked like the store was bombed!!! Merchandise all over the floor!! Shelves heaped in disarray! We could barely walk through the store! They had so many projects started and left yet bringing out more merchandise, you won't see the floor until July! It was disgusting!We each bought a few rolls of wrapping paper but in trying to do so the employee walked away and refused to check us out! Standing there in disbelief, another employee called her back to the register and she said No! and continued walking away. The other employee nicely came and checked us out but talked about getting trouble for doing so. I have never encountered a disgusting experience at other 5below stores as we did last night at the Brookfield store. We will never return!

Better organized and cleaner than many similar stores, but was disappointed that self checkout was the only offered option. Glad to find the best price in the area for a 16 inch round pillow to complete a project.

WHAT HAPPENED to 5 Below in Brookfield, WI???????? It’s been a few months since I was there but when I went today I couldn’t believe what I saw! The store was an absolute MESS. Items were all over the floor, the shelves were in total disarray, nothing seemed to be where it was supposed to be, and I only saw 2 employees and neither were doing anything. It’ll be a long time before I go back. Disgusting.

Store was extremely unclean with products all over the ground. Looked as if the store was robbed. I went to the bathroom and there was stool smeared on the ground, tissue and garbage spread on the ground, and no toilet paper to be found. I have never written a bad review before but my family and I are genuinely alarmed at the quality of this store.
