Horrible customer service. Katlyn is very disrespectful. She is condescending and passive aggressive. She hung up the phone in my face. I recommend not doing business with these people.

We had the best experience with the designer, Hillary Fry. She was very patient and extremely helpful in recommending and choosing tile designs and grout colors for our shower. She had the technical expertise to recommend the type of mortar to use and where to use DITRA. Hillary made the process so much easier for novices like us.

Cheap flooring, purchased LVP last year and it is already chipping. Company won't replace or warranty their product. Do not recommend buying flooring from here!

Always happy to step into this store! The folk here are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable, consistently stepping up to go above and beyond every time. I've done two projects using material from F&D and both turned out stunningly.
The employees offer helpful tips and insight, and are always eager to answer any questions or lend a hand with loading. Such a refreshing experience. I look forward to going through them for any future projects i may have!

I will only come here from now on for my flooring needs. Everyone is so polite and helpful. I especially want to thank Wyatt. Very knowledgeable young man and I usually look for him when I'm in.

So many beautiful backsplash choices!!! Learn from my mistake...bring in a sample of your countertop the FIRST time! So many options and styles that it'll be too hard if you dont!
Khaaliyah(had to write down the spelling) was sooo kind, patient and knowledgeable...great person and she sure knew her interior design!
2nd shout out to Kaylynn...once again another kind patient and knowledgeable team member!
Don't go store to store like I did. You'll find it all here and most everything they showcase is in stock. And...bring a sample of what your matching!

My experience at Flooring & Décor was amazing! Jade was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really recommend this place and especially Jade for anyone looking for great customer service and quality flooring!

We went to this store to see flooring options. Specifically tiles. We were greeted by one of their team members and she pointed us in the right direction. She asked if I had any questions and another person came within a couple minutes. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my product related questions. I later worked with Wyatt to get a materials estimate. He was very patient and knowledgeable and worked with us to price the options. He made sure all our our questions were answered and we were getting the right products and qty's. Very professional and did not rushed us. It was a pleasure to work with him. Also with every one else that we talked to. The store had a great atmosphere!! Thank you!
