New owners took over in November of 2020. The store is now year around toy store with a great variety of toys and an amazing amount of puzzles. The staff and owners are helpful and friendly also so it is now a much different experience going to the store than in past years

Love this store !!! We finally have a toy store once again but now it's closing for lack of public support. Really people , let's start supporting our smaller local mall stores. On line ISN'T all its cracked up to be. Now get out there and support our beautiful Brookfield mall in Brookfield Wisconsin !!!

But really though why not just go to Bayshore instead of insisting that they transfer the product. Its not that far and it sounds like you bothered to go back multiple times to the store that didn't have the item instead of just going one time to where you KNEW they had the product and been done.
