My hair had a V shape with layers when I walked in. I asked for a cut just straight across making my hair length even all around and ITS CHOPPY EVERYWHERE . My right side is shorter than my left. I also asked for my face to be framed. I have a middle part in my hair she didn’t even PART MY HAIR CORRECTLY BEFORE CUTTING IT. And then on top of that I just have 2 weird short pieces in the front that isn’t even blended in. So it looks like a bob in the front and long copy un even hair in the back.

Woman cutting my hair clearly rushed cutting it causing it to be too short and uneven. Did not look anything like the picture I showed her.

Horrible !! Horrible !! Horrible !This is such a bad place , my god i never had such a bad experience anywhere . The person was extremely rude to me and my kids , I was there with my kid and they way he talked and behaved I wanted to leave the service in middle but i dint do .Because kids hair hurt while they get a cut , I asked my kid if he is getting hurt, this man got offended and started question me , that why ‘he would hurt my kid’ .. really this is how you behave with kids and customer .I dint like the service and dint tip him , he then question me and forced me to tip .@greatclips Never returning here !! I was customer for 10 years but this was horrible .

Date of visit: February 23, 2024 I've not ever visited this location because it's the opposite direction of home and I usually get a haircut after work. But on this particular day, there was no wait here and since it was only a few minutes out of the way, I decided to take a chance. The results were a bit disappointing. When I arrived, there was no wait and a stylist was relaxing in one of the chairs on her cell phone. She yelled back to Paige that she was up and I had never felt so much like a piece of cattle in my life. Paige was on the phone and after a minute, hung up and brought me back after she clocked in. Once we were through all that, she was very nice and gave me a great haircut. I wish I could say that was the end of my disappointment but the service was punctuated with twenty-five minutes of complaints about a male manager berating other staff in front of clients and that Miss Shirley doesn't always listen. Venting about work to your coworkers is healthy, normal, and something I would encourage. But not in front of me. I was the only customer for this entire bitch session, and the whole time I was praying for more clients to come in to break up the coffee klatch to no avail. My haircut is pretty straightforward and is usually done in 10 to 12 minutes so to go nearly a half hour tells you how much complaining was being done in place of cutting... Again, Paige was very nice and thorough and I didn't even mind her cutting my ear with the clippers, I just really wanted to get home on a Friday afternoon, especially as it was snowing!

Not bad place. Got a good haircut for the price. Definitely not the place where you get a straight shave on the back, but good for a quick in/out good quality haircut. I’d come back again. The lady this AM was very nice and did a nice job. Keep her around.

Horrible. Lady spent like no time on cutting my hair. I sat in chair for a few mins. My ends still look split and I think she cut what she did cut unevenly. Doesn’t even look like I got a cut and I paid $21. I’m very upset and I’ve gone to other locations and never had this problem.
