Brandon in sales offers a pleasant, thoughtful, and personal experience that is unlike anything I have gone through. He provides the perfect balance of letting you explore the vehicle on your own while at the same time answering any and all of your questions. I thought I knew quite a bit about the model we were looking at, but Brandon still managed to teach us more! Make sure to ask for Brandon and you won’t be disappointed!

Everyone was outstanding as far as any questions I had.Jessica was wonderful as far as scheduling or having to reschedule etc.I did want to mention that Doug was exceptional. He went above and beyond in the service department to make sure that I understood what was going on with my vehicle and that I had all my questions answered. He was patient and never acted rushed. Which is very different in today's world.Thank you so much! Great experience!

Halls is overall a great dealership. But this review is specifically for Jared Bellis. I’ve dealt with many salespeople over the years and my experiences have been less than great, until we met Jared. He was sincere and listened to our needs and desires for a new vehicle and wasn’t pushy or try to fast talk us, and he picked the perfect car for us to test drive the first time! When we told him we needed to go home and talk about the decision to buy a new car he was respectful and offered to help if we had any questions. This caused us to return to the dealership days later to only work with him to purchase our new car. Even during the long process of paperwork and even though he was busy he made a point to check on us and even offered to order us dinner because it was late and he knew we both came straight from work. And even now he offers to help us with any tech questions we have on our new purchase. I’m telling you all if you go to halls you go see Jared, he knows his product and he wants to sell you what you’re looking for not just the price tag for commission. He will always have my business.

This was my first experience with Service at VW as we just bought our car in 2023. The service provided was excellent. Theresa gave me a complete overview of the process, what was needed and what to expect. She also took extra time to show me around the waiting area and the amenities. This was such a great experience to any other dealerships I have been to. Keep up the great work!

My check engine light came on yesterday. Just put 1800 in repairs into the vehicle 4 days prior. Terrible service department. you can buy volkswagons but do not expect quality service. Do not expect your vehicle to get fixed the first time. You should expect multiple visits with additional costs each time.Added report to BBB:I feel like any problem with the engine is directly related to service you preformed. If it is not related to a service you preformed than it was a missed diagnostic from your technicians. I feel like your team has been consistent in not diagnosing problems. Leading me to spend money on repairs that don’t fix the car. That has me coming back multiple times with massive personal expense. If my 2012 had been properly diagnosed in February I would have saved thousands in repair bills. Those thousands could have been put into the vehicle I purchased. That would have saved thousands on the life of my new loan. So when I brought in my 2018 and your technicians said everything that was wrong. I had it repaired. The check engine light activated within days. If I bring my car back to you I’m sure you will miraculously find several thousands in repairs that you were not aware of a week ago. I feel this is intentional and deliberate. Volkswagen needs to stand by their work. I can not take you at your word. I need you to stand by your work and fix my car correctly. At your expense because I have paid enough this year.Misleading and dishonest

Once they sell you the car, Hall Does not care.1st, I have no problems with the car, only the service at Hall.I brought it in for some recall work under warranty. The 1st time, is took 5 hours longer than I had been quoted, with no communication. When I picked it up, the work was poorly done, with scratched paint, bent window moldings and poorly attached internal door panels (I could fit my fingers in the gaps).I made an appointment to bring it back and have the issues rectified. 3 hours after my appointment time, no one had even looked at it yet. It was easily a 1-2 hour fix, just re-seat the clips so the panels lined up right. It was there for a total of 8 hours.Next, I had to order some replacement parts and paint since they broke the originals. Even sent pictures and told them what it was before my service appointment, so they could order them in the 2 week window between the call and the service. Not done.Once the parts were ordered, they never called me to let me know. I called more than once, and was always told that they left a message for my 'service advisor', but nothing happened.I plan on picking up the parts and having them installed elsewhere, even if I have to pay for the work. At least I am less likely to get blown off.Finally, when I bought the car, it was missing an engine cover. The salesman told me it was a recall, and that I would be notified when the part came it. According to the service records at their shop, the recall was rectified in March 2022. I did finally get an answer once u spoke with management.If I wanted bad service and a subpar vehicle, I would have bought a Chevy. I thought Volkswagen would do better.I will work with the dealer for the length of my warranty to keep it valid, and in the case of factory recalls out of necessity, but not by choice.

I felt the overall experience went very well and Justin our sales rep was very kind and patient, not rushing us to consider anything. We went to nearby dealerships for other brands and had much less desirable experiences, going here felt like a great fit and all the way through purchase we had a great service!

Eric the salesman was amazingly nice and Bruce who works on the finance side was just as nice. They talked me through each step of the process and answered any and all questions I had. I will defenetly come back here for future purchases. The car buying process was amazing.

Buying a car is incredibly stressful and can be a process that people dread. We came in with all intentions of just looking as we have never had good experiences buying a new car. Mark M approached us right away to help us. He was super easy to talk to and we never felt pressured from him! He was just honest and nice. This was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Even with Marks dad jokes :)

I met with Tom D. On Wednesday randomly and came back in on Thursday and purchased a vehicle! Between him & the finance guy( I believe Jeff.) my experience was amazing! I was in and out and no hassle! Seriously one of the best car buying experiences I've had!

Every time I go to Hall I get service unmatched by any other facility I’ve ever been to. This is my first car, and I asked for some advice on tires and I was so surprised at how helpful the staff was. From buying the car here, to getting all my services done here, every single person I’ve ever had contact with has been incredible. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a car or services.
