Charmaine is truly a professional when it comes to planning a destination wedding. When we decided to have a destination wedding we had no idea where to start and the entire process just seemed so overwhelming. Finding Charmaine was the best thing that could have happened to us! My company asked me to organize our first-ever incentive trip, and I had no clue where to start. Thankfully, I was recommended Haute Global Travel and Charmaine helped me with every single thing. We ended up booking an all-inclusive in Punta Cana at Charmaine's recommendation based on our wants & budget, and our team had an amazing time. She walked me through the entire process & was incredibly responsive to my hundreds of questions. Organizing a trip for 18 people would have been a nightmare without her and was instead a dream vacation, so I can't recommend her enough!

Charmaine has been nothing but great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and responds promptly. Once she helped us narrow down the destination, she then helped us plan our retie the knot. Charmaine was with us every step of the way. She was on all our calls with the wedding coordinator, made sure we completed the correct forms on time, provided suggestions, and even helped us plan extra activities for our group (a welcome party and catamaran cruise). On top of all that, Charmaine also helped coordinate travel for our entire group, which was extremely helpful.
We especially appreciated her email prior to our trip that had great advice, tips and recommendations.
Charmaine really went above and beyond. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Charmaine and will definitely be working with her again to plan future trips.

Char helped us plan the PERFECT girls 40th birthday trip. We gave her a general idea of what we were looking for and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Char makes traveling turnkey and worry free. Leave the details to her and simply enjoy your vacation. We've used her services several times over the years and have always had a terrific experience. Most recently, my wife and I visited Curacao and Char made sure that the red carpet was rolled out for us. If you’re looking for a stress-free vacation experience, look no further! Char helped us every step of the way in planning a romantic getaway to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. All we had to do was provide our budget. Char took it from there. She presented us with several different resort choices, all of which were resorts she has personally visited. She took care of all of the details for us so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We had an amazing vacation that we’ll remember for many years to come.

We booked a European River Cruise through Charmaine at Haute Global Travel. Charmaine encouraged us to take insurance and we followed her advice. Unfortunately, several serious medical issues during and after the pandemic, precluded us from taking this trip. The cruise line’s staff did not give us the correct information with respect to our options when the trip had to be cancelled. Charmaine was very sympathetic with our situation and worked her connections tirelessly, including pushing the matter to more senior levels to get us a full monetary refund.Facing the possibility of losing a significant amount of money, while dealing with a family health crisis was very stressful. However, Charmaine kept us informed of all of her efforts on our behalf, which allowed us to just focus on our family’s health issue. We are so thankful we had Charmaine on our side. We have had friends who worked through other travel agencies or directly with the cruise lines and they lost lots of money due to these unfortunate health events and cancellations. Their agents just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do. As they say, “s*** happens”, especially in modern day travel.
