I called to ask for availability of a yarn, only 2 left, they said they would put it at the front. They didn't. Had to go get it myself and lucky that no one bought ut. But what's the point of confirming pickup items, if the pickup isn't able to happen. But they were very nice and did a quick an easy return.

They are what they claim, a hobby lobby. Huge variety for various projects. Great framing prices. If they don't have what I came for, they have a workaround.
