First time I used their services. Had a gentleman with over 30 years experience. I just got a letter from the state that he made a $800.00 error. Very disappointed. I felt like they wanted to charge extra for everything including in case they are wrong. If they are going to make a garrentee you shouldn't have to pay extra for it.
