I am writing to express our frustration and dissatisfaction with the recent service received from James Imaging regarding a malfunctioning printer.
We have been clients of James Imaging for several years and have encountered major problems in the recent months. Over the past several months, we have contacted the company to address an ongoing issue with our printer, which has since become completely inoperative. Despite scheduling several service appointments and being assured of prompt attention, the problem remains unresolved. The printer continues to exhibit the same issues, leaving us unable to perform essential tasks for our work. As a result of this situation, we as an office have been unable to complete our work, which has significantly impacted our productivity and caused a considerable inconvenience.
We hope this issue is resolved promptly and swiftly so we may return to normal operation.

We have a no soliciting sign on our door at the office and have been approached multiple times by J Elliott. Even after canceling a meeting and telling him I was busy over the phone, he reappeared at the office. It is extremely frustrating that I have politely tried to tell him we are uninterested, and he has not let up. We will not be doing business with a company after behavior like this.*** Oh, now, a month later, Tammy Dodge walks in trying the same thing. This is unacceptable for a company.

Very quick copier service response time which is important in the health care business. They monitor our toner, so I never run out or have to call just comes as needed. I would highly recommend James Imaging Systems.

James Imaging has Poor customer service. Any issue will take months and unending emails to try to resolve!

This summer, we made the switch from our longstanding copier service to James Imaging. Although the initial installation faced a few glitches, the support team was attentive to our concerns and receptive to our feedback. Both the sales and support teams displayed outstanding responsiveness, collaborating with us to effectively resolve the issues. We are now extremely satisfied with the final solution and anticipate a long and positive relationship with James Imaging. Their adept handling of the issue has made it easier for us to wholeheartedly recommend James Imaging, knowing they stand behind their service.
