Absolutely love this place. Both Monica and Melissa were so nice to both me and my daughters. They were so helpful finding the right pair of glasses for us!! I would definitely recommend this place over any other place. Thank you ladies so much for all your help!!!

Melissa the manager in Brookfield is more then friendly and helpful , my daughter wears glasses and every year we go in she has suggestions and new products to show us, I also appreciate the fact that when sales are in effect she calls and informs us to see if we're interested.

They work hard for you. They check for best deals available, are very friendly, and know their inventory very well so they can quickly offer suggestions on frames that will work for you.

Both my wife and I have been purchasing glasses here for years. Melissa, the manager, has been nothing but helpful, friendly and totally professional. From assisting to choices to final tweaks on the finished product, you can expect a level of service you just don't see much of in the retail world today. I'm not sure I would use the onsite optician, as we always show up with prescription in hand. And as far as quality goes (such as frames), let's face facts....it's all made in China! SO if you want to pay more for the same thing and get mediocre service, go somewhere else. OR take advantage of their discounts (two pair of no-line bifocals for $99...really) and get great service. That way, when you sit on a pair (been prone to doing that) you have a spare!

I have been waiting on my glasses for 4 weeks, and was suppose to here something Friday or Monday. Nothing just called no answer its 5:23 they close at 5:30, I was calling to tell them to send my frames back I don't want them to put the lenses in. I'm so over this it should not take a month to get my glasses.

I have just been to my local JC Penney Optical where I had an eye exam and ordered some glasses. The entire staff is comprised of friendly people who helped me decide on good looking frames, searched for the best deal I could afford, and answered all of my questions patiently. I have been to this store many times over the past decade, and I have never had poor service.

Please do your research for other options out there. I have worn glasses for many years and this was such a sad surprise from the beginning. Lack of professionalism shows when the manager is constantly demeaning your questions and inquiries to options. I was even chewed out when I asked for an itemized receipt...I spent over $500 for a pair of glasses with just a register receipt for total amount. Glasses mailed to me without communication or paperwork and did not fit at all. Now one year later I have scratches on my scratch proof lens, first time I have ever had lenses scratch! Another optical place has been kind enough to help me work out multiple problems with lack of quality in product. I went back to jcpenny once and it was another degrading experience so this is a learning lesson at my expense don't have it be your lesson.

The optical department is not good. They damaged my lenses while trying to get them fit better, now I'm back here hoping they'll fix them.
