There was a $5 pink ticket promotion during my visit. I arrived at the register with about 6 items, all pink tickets. But a pink ticket Spider-Man watch we choose was not honored and I took it offensive as I provided pictures and video of the display. Then afterwards it felt like the employees were happy to upset me.

Inside the totality of this 2 floor Jc Penny, they somehow have 0 water fountains and “no longer” sell water bottles. Out of my 20 years living in Wisconsin I’ve never been inside a store that doesn’t serve or sell water. Super strange and cheap of them. The workers here too have an attitude for no reason. There’s a reason why jc Pennie’s are shutting down across the country. Yuck.

Nice store It's kind of weird that j c pennys is still around the store was clean and very organized and well taken care of but prices are still high and no good customer service.

I'm only giving three stars and I understand the fact that at some point the situation was taking care of but I still want to bring awareness to it to others I literally looked around for a sign looked back and my 6-year-old was missing I immediately looked around the store couldn't find her couldn't hear her so I went over to a cashier asked him if he had seen her he said no I gave a description of her asked him if he had still seen her he said no so I asked him if he could send out a page over the intercom or the walkie-talkie he was more interested in accounting change for a customer then he was my daughter and told me to wait one second while he handles the customer at this point I could hear my daughter yelling out Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy which is what I taught her if we ever get separated the thing is I was able to find my daughter safe however that split-second that it took for him to count his change anybody could have grabbed my daughter and she could have been gone so I immediately filed a complaint because my opinion this cashier should have known better I had other customers who have actually been previous JCPenney employees tell me that it's protocol that if a child is missing they're supposed to stop what they're doing and send out a page and hopes that child is found safely. It's sad he couldn't take two seconds to help me find my daughter. We were trying to find the elevator n she got excited saying she saw it that's why she ran to it I just looked up n around for the sign for it. Also the bathrooms definitely needed some attention. The cashier in returns n the manager I spoke with about my situation were professional and kind
