Excellent customer service! I've bought from this location before, today I went in to see if they could fix a bracelet. And they did! The staff truly went above and beyond helping to fix a much loved piece. I will absolutely be back to shop in person the next time I need something. Thank you.

Above and beyond! I shop at this store often and always receive 5-star service. Everyone is always extremely helpful, and they all know the inventory very well. Today, the staff went way above the call of duty and helped me with a little first aid. They showed genuine care and concern and even found a bandage for me.

I went here to get a past minute gift for my daughter. The lady was very helpful and found the darker pink stone that my daughter was looking for and made the perfect necklace for the perfect gift that I needed.

They sold the necklace that was on hold for us, then acted like it was our fault and didn't propose any solutions except to miss Christmas or buy something we didn't want. Not cool.

Purchased a set of silver hoops at the location in Mall of America back in February. The other day, I lost one of them. I went to this store in the Brookfield Corners and was helped right away by Allyssa M. She was super friendly and was able to find the same pair within seconds. She noticed I had just purchased them within the year, so she replaced my set for free! Thank you so much for the great customer service! I really appreciated it!

poor customer service, from brookfield store. bought a necklace from this store with birthday discount then week later decided to exchange it for an earing or return and then they told me that it is a final sale when you use discount not eligible for refund or exchange. I will never buy Kendra Scott again and very poor service. If it was final sale they should tell when bought it.

My daughter and I visited to pick out a necklace for my wife's birthday. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, they even gave her a small discount for showing her student ID. Thanks for a nice experience.

This location’s team and service are spot on. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store, had plenty of time to browse and numerous check-ins from staff while shopping. Lots of great options and alternatives available (the color bar customization is a dream). I came in for one item for a family friend and ended up leaving with a few pieces their team suggested, as well. They kindly gift-wrapped our items and included a gift receipt for us. They were very busy - but the team made my mother and I feel like we were the only ones in the store. Thank you for your attention, service, and efficiency.

Jess and Alyssa were amazing! I came during their buy one get one half off sale today and Jess, despite learning later it was only her third day on the floor, was super knowledgeable, and super kind!! I thought she was a manager. You would never guess she was new! Jess was super duper sweet as well and ran to the back several times to grab my jewelry with enthusiasm. Thank you ladies
