We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kiddie Academy! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and professional staff. They truly care about each child, and it shows in the way they engage with the kids every single day.
The curriculum is both fun and educational, and we’ve seen incredible growth in our daughter since she started here.
The facility itself is always spotless, safe, and well maintained something that gives us so much peace of mind as parents. Kiddie Academy also does a wonderful job creating a real sense of community. The family events they host make it feel like more than just a daycare—it feels like an extension of our family.
We are so grateful to have found Kiddie Academy. Knowing that our daughter is in such a caring and nurturing environment makes all the difference. Highly recommend to any family looking for a place where their little one can truly thrive.

The student-to-teacher ratio seemed off my toddler spent time wandering unsupervised during pickup, which was alarming. It felt like safety wasn’t a priority.

We love Kiddie Academy of Brookfield. Every day, my son eagerly looks forward to attending, and I am constantly impressed by the dedicated staff. The well-structured activities, coupled with an emphasis on learning through play, have undoubtedly contributed to my child's overall development. The transparent communication and daily update give me peace of mind, and the immaculate facility ensures a safe and nurturing space for children.

Kiddie Academy has been an incredible experience for our family. The big events, from art shows to stage programs, truly showcase the children’s learning and confidence, and it’s wonderful to see so many happy families come together. The staff at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful, and the entire center is so well managed that you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. What really makes Kiddie Academy unique is that it’s the only place in the area offering comprehensive sports programs, even golf, giving children opportunities you simply won’t find anywhere else.

Daily updates were inconsistent—sometimes no photos, no activity reports, and little feedback at pickup. It felt like we were in the dark about what our child actually did each day.

Ms. Sarah has been absolutely wonderful and has created such a positive experience for our child. Under her guidance, there has been tremendous progress both emotionally and socially. I truly appreciate all the effort she puts into encouraging growth while also holding him accountable.
In addition, the entire staff is always so friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment every time we visit. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in the work they do and truly cares about the children they serve.

Edit: In response – I don’t care and I wont question the veracity of any positive or negative reviews on here. This is my first and only review of our experience there – stop trying to discredit it. My advice to prospective families is simple – read all reviews and make your own informed decision – surely that is as objective as one can be? Congrats on the second location – I had zero idea, frankly don’t care, and it is irrelevant to content of my review. No one is trying to discredit any business – you need to get a better handle on dealing with criticism. It was just a personal objective assessment of my experience there, which you are attempting to dismiss – again your prerogative and speaks volumes.
Original post: whatever you do, read ALL the reviews. its clear to see some are doctored. I sent my child here for a few months while we were desperate, and I can tell you that the negative reviews reflect my experience to a T. it's been over a year now but when I drive by, I think of that place - that should tell you how much of an impression it left on me. Fees are outrageous, turnover is massive, the owner is frankly less than pleasant to deal with, and the bizarre policy that you can't go in class and even truly interact with your teachers is just baffling. our kids are now thriving in a different daycare that has more of a homey and friendly feel. don't get pressured. Just read all the reviews (including the canned responses to them) and make up your mind. And yes I'm a real person and my child was there.

Been at KA for about a year now and the staff has been so kind to my kids and I! The staff is so welcoming especially when I drop my kids off the second they open. The people and the curriculum make choosing KA an easy choice. Would highly recommend to all families

Our kiddo has been enrolled at the Kiddie Academy of Brookfield for about 6 months and our experience has been stellar! As a first time parent, it’s nerve wracking to put your child in someone else’s care. The staff at this center put my worries at ease quickly. It’s clearly evident that my child is not only well taken care of, but also cared about. Everyone there knows my child’s name and genuinely cares about him. I’m consistently impressed by the wide variety of activities they do to keep him engaged, and love that they do daily updates so I don’t feel like I’m missing out. I appreciate that I feel welcomed to ask questions and always receive a quick answer. My child is excited when we arrive and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. I feel good about having my child in their care and would recommend the Kiddie Academy to anyone!

Both of my children have attended this daycare, and I continue to be deeply touched by the way every staff member truly cares for each child. They remember every child’s name and genuinely celebrate their growth, it means so much as a parent.
Recently, due to some changes in our family situation, we needed to adjust our schedule. The staff reached out to me first with such kindness and compassion. They offered support and flexibility without hesitation, and I felt truly seen and cared for—not just as a parent, but as a family.
They go above and beyond to stay connected with both the children and their families. Their detailed reports and sweet photos bring me so much peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a loving and thoughtful community.
Of course, not every parent will have the same experience or perspective, but as a working mom who has had to switch daycares three times due to my job, I truly applaud their constant dedication. From maintaining high standards of cleanliness, providing weekly learning curriculums, and organizing seasonal events, they create opportunities for working parents like me to feel naturally included in our children’s social lives.
The annual parent-teacher conferences are a great way to track my child’s development, and I also appreciate how open they are to communication through quick, everyday messages.
I’m so grateful for their continued effort, thoughtfulness, and care, not just for our children, but for our families too.

We love Kiddie Academy of Brookfield! As new parents, we were terrified of leaving our 5-month-old in the care of others. The Kiddie Academy team made the transition extremely easy, and we know our son is in great care. Soon, he started crying at pick-up, proof he really loves his time with his friends at Kiddie Academy! Even in the infant room, the babies are introduced to new activities and experiences daily- truly broadening their world and keeping them interested and entertained all day. We love getting updates on all the fun things he gets to do and see everyday! It is clear the team loves our son - and the feeling is mutual. Highly recommend this facility to all parents.

We were here for a few months before I pulled my kid out.
It was super weird that the whole time we were there I never met any one of the teachers, and with the turnover there seems to be quite a few of them.
The directors took days to respond to email, and were often too busy to talk about concerns.
You could see on the cameras (that you have to pay for, but only get 10 minutes at a time) the teachers paid more attention to the iPads than the kids. And it doesn’t help that the rooms were constantly out of ratio and they were putting too many kids in the rooms.
This place looks amazing on paper, but lacks in person.

We’ve had positive experiences so far since sending our 22 month old here a few months ago. Staff and teachers were patient and kind during her transition and any concerns we had were promptly addressed by the manager and owner. She now very much enjoys her time there and loves the teachers/staff. We appreciate the communication, daily curriculum, activities and, most of all, the safety and care provided.
