I’ve been a member for 15 years. I came to this financial institution because it was a small and local credit union. I’ve had checking, saving, auto loans, mortgages, HELOCS, CD’s and been very happy. Until now.Now I’m leaving. Now it’s 15 minute waits to talk to someone, huge corporate offices, 3rd party bill pay services they can’t make changes to, and bad attitudes at the call center. It’s a sad day when the customer no longer matters, but hey they’re really just a “bank” at the end of the day aren’t they.This institution has lost the “local” in its customer centricity. I’m sure losing my business, like most corporate monoliths, will mean absolutely nothing or make no change happen, I just want people to know that landmark isn’t what they say it is.

We came in today on a Saturday to open a bank account for our daughter. The lady at the counter was very short and rude and said she can put our name on a list and we can have a seat on the couch. After 20 minutes I asked how long this wait would be and she said I don’t know she’s in an appointment, then followed with “another 10 minutes”. I highly doubt that estimate is right and we should’ve been told of a 30+ minute wait off the bat. Sitting in a bank with a 3 year old for 30 minutes is impossible. I would avoid this location and find a different one even if it’s a little further.

I was there to open a checking account and they took me right away and was super easy and quick, and everyone was nice and polite to me. Special thanks to Thalia she explained was awesome

Really like this place because the outer drive-thru Lane only it has a curb on driver side of car whereas most other drive-thrus have a curb on each side and unfortunately when most were built the were built to accommodate the width of cars of the time they were built and low profile tires and rims did not exist. Using normal drive-thru Lanes with curbs on both sides I have damaged the very expensive rims on my car which has cost me $350 per rim to fix on several occasions.

Horrible service here and at other branches. Employees sit on their phones while customers wait. When trying to close accounts and investments past maturity, the staff threatens you with penalties and fees even when it’s the result of a death. Can’t think of a worse place to bank or invest.

There was a small amount still due because the moron working the drivethru doesn't know how to do her job.A month later I still don't have the title for a vehicle I want to sell.Avoid Landmark Credit Union.

The drive flew takes a painfully long time. However, the bank is good. I have not had any issues that weren't easily resolved.

Awful customer experience. Can't reach anyone via phone for over 1 hour. When I set an appointment to meet in person through the proper channels, they would not let me come in and gave no reason behind it. Afterwards, I went to the drive through. I did not want to send my check after selling my house through a tube system, so they insisted I wait behind 5 cars instead of walking in for my scheduled appointment. Sitting here, writing this, I want people to know the customer service that they provide to their loyal patrons of over 10 years.

Never had an issue here, even when my card was stolen. Not crazy about the lobby still being closed when every other bank has theirs open, but I understand.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch. Long lines are to be expected during the age of Coviid. I use online banking and bill pay weekly and have never had a issue.

Lobby has been closed for 7 months and phone calls you'll spend an hour on hold before you get a person. Their online banking is outdated and it takes 3 days for electronic transfers. I'm going to be closing my accounts and moving elsewhere.Reply to Manager: I understand not offering in bank service with COVID, but then you should have a better phone system where you don't have to wait an hour to talk to someone. The only way to request an in branch appointment is to log on to your account online--there should be a better way. Also some services just aren't offered at all and haven't been for 7 months.
