If you need any changes made to your account anything deposited or literally anything done other than maybe drop off a payment or a check. GO ELSEWHERE. staff is super slow rude and nobody can seem to help with anything what so ever.

Drive thru is so slow. Also deposited two checks (business account I’m not on and my personal account) and they put the business check hold ($8000) on my personal account. Had to go back in for them to fix it.

Went here to change my auto pay from another bank to Landmark for my auto loan that is with Landmark. There were 4 employees- a teller up front, a teller in the drive through, a lady in a front office and a man in another office. When we walked in the teller was helping someone reorder a debit card. The guy in his office got up closed his door and went on phone. Someone walked in after us for an account and went to ask the lady to help them- mind you we were already waiting. The lady said the guy would help them and to take a seat or wait for the teller. The drive thru teller walked up to help us but couldn’t because he was in back and didn’t know how to do it. The employee lady walked over to the other guys office and said she was going to take the account and he told her no that would only be another minute. Yet- she didn’t offer to help us change auto pay ….. I’ve worked in banking- including a credit union my whole career so I know for fact if she can open an account she can do the form for auto pay. The only reason for 2 stars and not less is that teller. I felt so bad because I could tell he was over whelmed and stressed due to having to handle all teller transactions and things that bankers coulddo while being the only teller on the front line. We were there for about 30 minutes for something that could have been done by a banker assisting.

I’d give this place no stars if I could! Paid off two vehicle loans and they reported late. Called them to straighten out and WOW the runaround was comical! Find another lender…these idiots don’t deserve to make money from anyone. I hope a real credit union with solid customer service skills buys them! I never will again.

I've done my banking with them for years and will continue to do so. The service is great and the products they offer is extensive. I recommend them as opposed to any other bank in this area.

Trying to contact any branch by phone number and all I get are busy signals. No email, cannot go to the lobby, only drive thru service available - I am trying to pay off a loan - do they want my money or not?Edited Nov 2021 - I was able to contact the president of Landmark - One of their staff then contacted me soon after. Thank you.Landmark is really good at loans but please fix the phone system!

This is the absolute worst useless bank branch ever! Sitting in line 15 minutes with two cars ahead of me and have not moved one inch... This is Ridiculous! Landmark, get your act together or I will be moving my business elsewhere!

Made an appt to see a banker. Got in the next day. Spent an hour with me and resolved my checking acct issue. They refunded the penalty fees to my acct even though the error was my fault. Always friendly even when understaffed. Great job!

Have been a member for many years. Wait time to be expected given the necessary changes in the current environment. As always there are busy times like any other financial institution experiences. The tellers are professional, helpful and courteous.

impossible to get ahold of anyone. I refinanced with them and they lost my paperwork, scheduled meetings with me and forgot about them, started charging me for insurance even though paperwork was provided.They seem completely understaffed anytime you visit bank. Overall, it has been a horribly experience switching to this credit union.

Have a motorcycle loan through them. 5 receipts showed remaining balance. Recent one didn’t show any info. Also no lobby and if the drive thru is busy just drive away cause the service is SLOOOOOOOOOW.

My password did not work correctly and then my account became locked. Unfortunately, I am out of the country and have no access to texting or phone calls. Only emails. I contacted landmark through Facebook messenger asking what options I had? I was told there were no options, only a call can resolve this situation. Having several years with this company and not having complete control methods my funds, especially when out of the country is considered theft. Landmark should have a chatting option that this could be dealt through emails. Please get it together Landmark! The relationship/ partnership will be ending soon.
