Been here a couple of times and I have got to say this is the best.
Special shoutout to Sydney who ensured that I got the exact gift I was searching for
And to Zoey, who went all the way to ensure my kid had a really really wonderful time by literally sitting with him and playing with him to understand what he likes.
People like these are the main reason to achieve loyal customer base. I for am one going forward.

Went In there specifically for slime and my 3 year old kid was yelled at and told not to touch the slime ingredients even though they had them out for display. Clearly I was holding his hand so he could touch them to see what he liked to put in his slime.

Brought this slime less than a month ago. Payed over $18 for it and now it has mold. It’s gross. Owner would not do anything about this. Employee was rude and said she didn’t know how long ago I brought this. Slime does not create mold.

Found out this is my closest Jellycat plush retailer and stopped in today. The plush I was looking for sold out this morning but I found a suitable replacement that I also liked and the clerk was incredibly helpful. Also a nice selection of Douglas plush from what we saw. There were plenty of bright, fun things in this store. We will be back!

This store is extremely inconsistent. In the morning, I was told that I could order two items, so I drove with my family and friends for two hours to get there, only to be informed that we could only buy one. Are my family and friends not considered customers too? This is absolutely infuriating ?.

Watch out for this specific stores shady business practice. I knew someone who purchased the Real FX Disney Stitch Puppet in store for $79.99. I stopped in yesterday 8/19/24 to get one for a gift and they marked them up to $99.99. I asked why they got marked up as their own website has them listed for $79.99, and I was told the owner seen them listed for more on another website. So those who don’t shop prices like I do is getting ripped off and the owner is ok doing that. I asked if they would honor the price it shows online and they did that, but wouldn’t accept my $7 off coupon I had because they were already “discounting” it for me. That toy store is one of the few stores left at Brookfield square, and by intentionally marking up items $20 more than their own website states I can’t foresee them being around much longer either. Buyer beware. Don't get screwed over by the owner who’s clearly being selfish.

I purchased an arcade game for Christmas and the start button inverted. The clerk proceeded to take it apart as she refused to take it back because it had been "played with". When I got home there were two back screws missing. We have shopped here a long time and I'm not happy how it was handled.

Fun store that my kids love to go to but unfortunately the owners and workers are very rude and hate children! My kids were playing with the toys that they have out to play with and the owners were acting like they were unruly kids giving us looks of disgust! We have gone here several times but unfortunately from the events that happened today I will not be bringing my business here any longer!!!!!
