They compounded a medication but changed the components without telling me or checking with my doctor. That was then an ambulance ride, an emergency room visit, plus two outpatient stays.
DO NOT use this pharmacy.
Edit- this did happen. And when I asked for my money back, the pharmacist insisted it was within their right to switch components without the doctor's permission. He then began taunting me because a third party charity paid for my medicine through a check and he claimed that I was just trying to take advantage? Of what, I have no idea. I spoke with the director of the charity and he had said getting cash back was fine to give to him. Not that it is any of your business.
I'd also be *real* careful with violating HIPPA as you're walking a fine line with your comment about not having a patient with my name.

Had a prescription compounded by MD Custom RX. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. They are an A+, 5 star operation. I wish I lived closer to them; I would do all my business with them.

I love this pharmacy! I was visiting from Ohio and I ran out of my compounded medication, the pharmacist got me my med transferred and got it ready. I love their subscription for supplements I get 20% off and free shipping. The Pharmacist was very friendly and took from his time to answer my and my nieces question.

My first experience with MD Custom RX. I had a difficult time finding the location and called the pharmacy. The pharmacist came outside to make sure I could find the location. Best customer service ever. I definitely will be changing to MD Custom RX for my prescription compounding needs.

Dr. Dan, Kellie and the other Pharmacist who's name escapes me plus all the staff are all so helpful. They have great supplements and great advise! They even let me bring my little Bichon in with me and they love her to see her. I love people and a place that also loves doggies.
