My first experience with MD Custom RX. I had a difficult time finding the location and called the pharmacy. The pharmacist came outside to make sure I could find the location. Best customer service ever. I definitely will be changing to MD Custom RX for my prescription compounding needs.

This pharmacy and all of the pharmacists are absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. They helped get my son’s meds to him in time when his Dr office unexpectedly closed and we needed help quickly. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Dan, Kellie and the other Pharmacist who's name escapes me plus all the staff are all so helpful. They have great supplements and great advise! They even let me bring my little Bichon in with me and they love her to see her. I love people and a place that also loves doggies.

My doctor told me to pick up my Naltrexone at a compound pharmacy in Menomonee Falls. After taking the medicine for three months-I didn't see much difference until I went on vacation and forgot my prescription. This prescription could not be sent to another state so I found a local lab in North Carolina that would fill my prescription. The prescription seemed to work much differently-and in a good way although it was twice the cost. When I came back to Wisconsin I did a bit of research and I now know that not all compounding labs are the same! MD Custom RX is a certified lab and that is a very important fact.

Highly recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, and presents information in an easy to understand manner. No waiting around in person or on the phone. So much better than dealing with Walgreens or other pharmacies. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I have used MD Custom RX twice now and both times have been wonderful. I have several allergies and a few sensitivities that make using prescription medication difficult, but MD Custom RX makes it possible for me to use them!
