“I haven't been in this store too much. But today I went for a few things and took time to shop around more than usual. It is a very clean, well-stocked store. I found the employees to be friendly and helpful when I asked a question. The gentleman in the wine area was very knowledgeable. The produce department was incredible! Nice displays and huge variety. I loved the floral department, especially the arrangements and gift displays. It was an extremely enjoyable experience! I will return.”

I was decorating for my daughter’s baby shower and had forgotten to pick up the meatballs from Bunzels !!!
It was 5:15 and they close at 5:30!!
I live 22 min away and immediately called in a panic!
Mike, from the meat department assured me that he’d be there for me, regardless if I was a little late.
I was so thankful for this wonderful store and have been raving about this particular situation to so many of my friends.
It’s not common today, to find a business with a heart and soul.

“What a great place. At a time when extreme gouging has become the norm Robert's is very reasonable on pricing and the meat is top notch. I bought a strip steak, some of their meat sticks, bacon wrapped poppers and recieved a free package of chicken skewers for spending more than $10. Everything tasted amazing. This will definitely become a weekly trip.”
“I love this local butcher shop. The meats are the best! The monthly meat box is worth every penny. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Customer service is amazing. This morning I showed up at 9:20 and the doors were locked. They open at 10 during the week (we usually go on weekends). We were let in immediately and were able to get what we needed. Just a great place to buy healthy and delicious food.”
“I don't know why I keep forgetting that if I pay just a bit more for meat at Ray's, I and my family enjoy our meals so much more. The flavor is so much better than a big chain grocery store.
So I decided to buy two beef brisket at Ray's this time versus a chain grocery... FOUR DOLLARS A POUND MORE EXPENSIVE AT RAY'S for what LOOKS like the SAME type of cryo pack. Never again will I purchase a brisket from Ray's.

Eric is motivated to serve and moves interaction forward respectfully and with an interest in suggesting products to best fit the customer’s tastes, as he enjoys food preparation and has cooked a majority of the hearty protein selections.
Very friendly and conversational, he reassured me through the payment process that sometimes the card reader doesn’t respond.

“I had 2 deer done at bunzels this year. De-boned & vacuum sealed the meat up north. Froze it right away then brought it to Bunzels a day later. I got 120 pounds of brats, polish, steaks, jerky, hot dogs, cheddar jalapeño stix, cheddar jalapeño brats, summer sausage, etc.Very happy with Bunzels. They finished my deer in under a week. Could I get my deer processed up north for a little less? Yes but I’d also lose 6 hours driving to get it and gas money. Cost evens out. I’ll always get my deer done at Bunzels”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. We were looking for a very specific spice blend and they had it! The store is very clean and well laid out. Beware. You walk in, you will be hit with a wall of aroma that smells like heaven!”
