“I had 2 deer done at bunzels this year. De-boned & vacuum sealed the meat up north. Froze it right away then brought it to Bunzels a day later. I got 120 pounds of brats, polish, steaks, jerky, hot dogs, cheddar jalapeño stix, cheddar jalapeño brats, summer sausage, etc.Very happy with Bunzels. They finished my deer in under a week. Could I get my deer processed up north for a little less? Yes but I’d also lose 6 hours driving to get it and gas money. Cost evens out. I’ll always get my deer done at Bunzels”

“In this weathered day and age of big box grocery stores, markets like this are somewhat of a dying breed; and in a burgeoning area of western Milwaukee suburbia, we have a gem like Karl’s which stands the test of time. Both their deli and meat sections are wonderfully stocked with local goodies (including some of the best corned beef I’ve had in a long time, and even quite the selection of pickled herring), so it’s best to come with a cooler to stock up (I currently live in Ohio). The added bonus is the friendly staff, which always makes a difference.”
